I feel like nothing was working here everyone keep complaining. Horrible gas station took 35 min to pump gas.

Clean gas station with great employees. The issue here is the damn pumps! They never operate properly either pumping super slow or not working at all. It’s the most consistent thing here. If you have somewhere to be on time DO NOT STOP HERE.

I was there 04/30/2024 at 4:30 paying for my items. Receiving racial slurs and I was racially profiled! By the gentleman at the register after being accused of stealing a slice of pizza. Don’t recommend this store if you aren’t white skinned could happen to you

This place always has good service, good snacking food, restrooms are clean but in this location there are homeless people sitting on the benches out side that smell really bad and also always smoking cigarettes or cigars. It’s expected since there is a motel across the street. If you are stopping with family or small kids i recommend to park on the far left corner of the store and you won’t see these things.

I understand everyone has bad days. Especially in customer service, but that's no reason to take it out on daily customers. Crystal I think her name was, was completely rude and condescending to me and my husband. With a whole line of people to witness. We are both daily customers. Safe to say we will be stopping at 711 from now on for our morning essentials.

Stephanie is a hard working woman! Always has a smile on her face and she gets things done? GM Rico is one of the greatest! Such a helpful and responsible guy. Brenda at the pizza is very kind and super helpful! Has great customer service. Manager Dylan is always working hard and getting things done around the store, very hard working young man. Amber is super nice and always greets everyone that comes inside. Jeremy is always on point when it comes down to customer service. He's super nice and always kind and tries to go above and beyond for customers and staff. I love going to this Racetrac. Great staff and food!

Shift manager, Jeremy is a terrible racist manager. His employee made a big mistake she put our money on the wrong pump. Somebody use the pump and left, and when we went back to tell that the money wasn’t on the pump he acted like he didn’t care. He wasn’t gonna help us and he said there’s nothing he could do about and then he stated “ why are we still talking to him . Well this kind of customer service is unacceptable as a manager you should be able to help. Racetrack should be ashamed to have a manager like that working for their company.

Very clean and upbeat location. Clerks were very nice and social. They even have warmed, boiled peanuts for purchase. Lots of hot food and snacks to choose from. Bathrooms are tidy.
