I had a recall on my Ford Escape when I was in Florida. Everyone at Ford Mullinax was friendly, helpful and efficient. They have me a loaner and even brought me my car when it was ready. I will always bring my car to them!

I am giving them a 3.. If I ask for 30,000 mile maintenance give it to me, don't tell me these trucks with the 7.3 gas don't need it.. We travel Fulltime and if in the next few months we have issues, I will be ticked.. Also don't say you will rotate tires and then don't... Got an oil change, change your receipts to not mention diesel when I have a gas...
