Ashley is great and I am an exceptional hard stick with rolling veins that are hard to see or find. Although Ashley had no problem at all !!! This is why I only choose Quest lab on 37 th St. Vero Beach FL.

Very professional. I appreciate receiving the results by email so soon after my appointment with you and I can review them and highlight items to discuss with the doctor(s). It helps me to prepare for my appointments and establish discussion points. I will use Quest for any labs required in the future where ever I might be.

The young lady who waited on me was very professional, nice, sweet personality, and very informative. I currently do not have health insurance, I had to pay out of pocket for my labs, which was quite expensive, and the young lady (tech) offer for me to use a website that offered cheaper lab services, but I could come to Quest have the lab work done. I went ahead and paid what I owed (which cut my pockets deep) because I didn't want to have to reschedule. But she gave me the information so I will be able to use it next time I have labs. And I didn't even feel the prick of the needle LOL

When we visited, my child ended up feeling incredibly sick afterwards and the team there rushed to help out. They helped me sit him down and apply cold compresses, give him water and even got a fan to help him. Everyone was so sweet, compassionate and caring. Blanca and Samantha are super stars!

The blood draw went very well, but when I pulled off the tape I had a 3" long hematoma. No tape for me in the future.
