The pharmacy is staffed by people who have no respect for the customer. NONE. They are free to screw anything they like up with no consequeces and their answer to anything is - I don't know. It's sickening. The attitude is that essentially we as customers work for them and they'll do as they please on whatever time frame they please and we'll just have tp shut up a like it. They look at you like you're stupid when you question them as if, how dare you point out the series of our mistakes piled one on top the other.

I am currently here in publix and I ordered a hot and honey ? pepper chicken wings.. Now this is the second time I went thru this mind you. I AM A CHEF MYSELF. Employee stated it will take 40 minutes.. Why TURN A CUSTOMER AWAT These EmployeeS telling them it takes 40 mins.. It takes less than 19 minutes per Delinmanger on 17th and us1 publix. SAME THING HAPPEN WHEN I ORDERED.. I told them I would wait went to shop and called the deli manager while In the store and Simply asked why would it take 40 minutes for a 20 piece wing. The manager immediately ApoloGIZED and stated I have no idea why they would tell u that it takes less than 20 minutes and I'm gonna head over to make sure u get your order in a timely manner. SMH WHY PUBLIX WHY..
I did the same thing as last walked off called manager this manager stated it takes 45 minutes he was in the office and he would have to see what employees was doing He than stated it would take 45 minutes for my wings. HE WASNT EMPAYHTIC DIDT SAY LET ME SEE HOW MUCH LONGER YOUR WAIT WAS NO CONCERN AT ALL..I will not be returning I'll stick to the one further from my house For better customer service.
I'm not even complaining about the five minute wait with coworker standing in the back calling for help from the back.. smh
Manager came out saying some lady called about wings and so on loud enough for all customers to hear because he had no idea I was standing right there.. Wow unbelievable
Update Finally got my wings got all the way home and it was soooo salty from too much lemon pepper I cam back and now I'm told it's an 1 1/2 wait to get them replaced....
I will never ever come here again and I'm stopping my family and friends from ordering from there as well

They have a new no dog policy. However, I went to tonight. I noticed a woman come in the store with her dog on her chest. She went straight up to customer service in the motorized scooter they provide. Most of the staff was just standing there. No one said anything to her at all. I did this before the policy. I was spoken too. A staff member took my cart and wiped it down. I never placed my dog in the the cart. She was on my chest. It comes off racial and very selective whom the rules applies too.
