ProSource had a large selection of floor tile to choose from. Their wall tile selection was incredible. I worked with Kim Steffens who is a great resource to help you. She guided me through the tile selection process and made some really good suggestions. She was invaluable in my determination of my final selection. I highly recommend ProSource and Kim to anyone looking for tile.

When having the need to "suddenly replace" a ceramic tile flooring, my immediate thought was to contact Pro Source which I have dealt with before. That first time experience was seamless in working with the sales people in respects to experience, knowledge and professionalism; not to mention having everything of higher quality to choose from. This time working with sales/account manager Heather Lockwood I was immediately shown the type of LVT I was considering ahead of time and given all the material data re such. After taking the 3 samples narrowed down to, to my home to see the relevance; the decision was apparent quickly. Upon return the next day, the sales process was completed without further ado. The person doing the restoration work/labor also participated in this decision and matter and coordinates with Pro Source with others as well and is highly respected. All of this to date has been top-notch and satisfying, where recommending them to anyone else is without doubt and goes without saying otherwise. A high-5 and then some!

We've used them in the past for our floors, which I would rate 4/5. Their products and service are great, but you have to be careful what you order as there were longer than expected wait times for shipment with our kitchen cabinets/countertops. The vinyl flooring we picked was already in stock, so this was unexpected with our second experience. Communication could definitely be better with suppliers, had to do some of that myself but some reps will do everything they can to make your experience a positive one. The prices, while better than some were not the best, but quality did meet if not exceed our expectations.

Yesterday I finally bought some tiles I needed to rebuild a bathroom. The store was out of stock for many weeks but Heather gave me all her suport of updating me about my continuos requests. I also found a great selection of carpets. I will come back soon and always.

They have a beautiful selection of tiles and the sales people are great. However, we've had two setbacks with two different orders from ProSource. If you order with them, please double check what is ordered for you. Wrong tile orders create headaches for homeowners and subcontractors. Otherwise, a wonderful store and great staff.
