They’re supposed to be open until 2pm on Saturday. We arrived at 1pm to open a safety deposit box with myself and two immediate family members.The person at the desk said no one was available to help us and we’d have to make an appointment a week out.We fly out tomorrow, so this isn’t possible and we explained this to the woman at the desk. This was the first time all of us were together in the past 2 years. Everyone needs to be in person together to open the box together.I thought being open until 2pm meant the bank was actually open until 2pm and not by super advanced appointment only.Go elsewhere if you need a bank that actually does banking.

I have been trying for over 2 weeks to talk to someone in this bank to help me resolve a problem with a home equity loan I had taken out in 2010, and paid off several years back, at which time I thought that the account was closed. the problem is, the lien against our house is still being carried on their books, and still registered in the courthouse and on my home owner's insurance.I just want the lien removed, and a statement for my insurance company. they have been of no help thus far. What can we do? I don't believe that this should be worthy of legal measures for what used to be standard day to day activity for a reasonable bank.

Don't call between 12pm & 1pm because you will be hung up on until the clock strikes 1. I called at 12:30 (during my lunch break) and I got dead air until the call ended. I assumed that it timed out from call volume, so I called back. This time the receiver got picked up and slammed down I can only assume leaving it off of the hook so my calls went completely unheard. When I called back again I got dead air till exactly 1:00 pm, and when I talked to the person they sounded irritated with me. Trying to keep my cool I told them why I called, and they simply said "I can't help you with that, but I can give you to the 800 number or direct you from here." WHY NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND TELL ME THAT 30 MINUTES AGO! At this point I was back at work and couldn't follow up. Thanks for nothing.

Wonderful, pleasant staff who are very willing to help...when they are finally able to get to you. Unfortunately - and this is just a presumption - the branch seemed quite understaffed, I’m sure due to corporate’s “Covid response.” You now have to request a deposit slip/withdrawal slip and a pen, as that, too, has been “put away” due to “Covid” for some reason. But the staff very promptly and kindly provide them. Overall, wonderful branch whose local employees seem to be victims of an over-the-top corporate-directed “Covid response” just as much as their customers are victims of such. Quite unfortunate.
