I dropped my standard poodle off for a half inch trim off his two and half inch length coat. I said I want a half inch trim, as in cut a half inch off, cut around his eyes and mouth well. The haircut person said "like a doodle?" I said I don't know. Like the same length all around like a standard dog cut ( not like a poodle). I also asked his tail to be left long. When I came to pick him up they asked me to go pay at the register before I could see him. The cash register person asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said I haven't seen the cut yet and I am not leaving a tip until I do. He got an attitude and rolled his eyes. White male approx 6'4" large in size. Then they brought out my dog. He was cut evenly but instead of cutting off a half inch it looked like they only left a half inch. There were several spots that weren't cut at all. Large tufts of longer hair on his chest, elbows and butt were uncut. He also had several spots that were shaved to skin like his stomach and armpits. I was angry and the haircut person named Ingrid ( who did NOT do the haircut offered to fix it) she did her best but the shaved portions couldn't be fixed obviously. I called for the manager the next day. The managers name was Brittany. She offered a refund but was unapologetic, and borderline rude. I came in in person to get my refund and she again was unapologetic, unsympathetic and rude. Her tone and body language appeared to me to communicate that she was unconcerned and did not care about what happened. She said she wasn't there and assumed he was matted and that is why they shaved him but normally they would call first to let us know they needed to. They did not call and he was not matted. I would caution anyone going there. Ingrid was nice and polite and apologetic but everyone else clearly needs to be retrained. I will not be back.

Great place. Just there to get my old dogs rabies shot. They were great.

The staff were friendly and attentive to my cat while he was there to get his shot. They also provided recommendations for treatments for an unrelated issue for him.The only negative was that the shot seemed a tad expensive. With tax, it was about $42. Which seems kind of high, but that could just be what the manufacturer msrp.

Went in store to buy food and cancel my repeat delivery. Associate said she couldn’t cancel it and would leave a note for them to cancel in the morning. She did not food was still delivered after I purchased food. I also lost my free bag of dog food in this process. It’s amazing how helpful the associates are when you really need them. This location also has a hard time keeping items in stock and there is never anyone at the register. When there is a cashier the sense of urgency is just not there. If petsmart were closer this experience would have definitely made my decision to switch.

Been here several times. Decent haircuts, horrible customer care. Few times have waited 10-15 minutes , other times over an hour. Though it’s walk in only, seems like they have their regulars who can walk in at last minute and be seen, while they may not acknowledge you even though you’ve been sitting there for more than an hour! Sat there for an hour and 20 minutes today. Was only 3 people ahead of me. Those plus 2 other walkins were seen before I walked out without ever having been acknowledged! Won’t go back! Unless your time doesn’t matter I would recommend you go elsewhere! They are more in to looking cool than appreciating client!

Product selection and employee knowledge of products isn't up to par with other pet supply stores in the area.

We took our new small dog to the groomers for the first time to have his nails clipped. Although we have visited the site multiple times before with our other dog, this was the first time for our new pet. We explained to the groomers that we had been facing difficulties in trying to trim our dog's nails at home. They informed us that they may require an additional person to assist with the process, to which we agreed and understood. As they walked our dog "Roscoe" into the area to have his nails clipped, he froze when he got past the entrance. This was expected as it was a new environment with other dogs around. However, the groomer's reaction to this was to continue to pull on the lead to get him to move, which only made Roscoe push back. Eventually, the groomer decided the best plan of action was to drag our dog by the lead past all of the tables to the back booth. It was heart-wrenching to watch my usually well-behaved dog being dragged by the lead. When the pet owner took their dog to the groomer, they encountered a problem. One of the groomers refused to groom the dog, saying "We are not doing this today". The pet owner asked why they hadn't been informed earlier that the groomer was not prepared to deal with their dog, to which the response was "We needed to stop arguing with them". The groomers showed impatience towards the dog, unprofessionalism towards the customer, and a lack of human decency by not handling the situation appropriately, even after seeing the dog being dragged through the salon. We will not be returning to the store and strongly;y suggest that if you have pet you consider not doing so either. The lack of patience and empathy for our dog was alarming.

We had scheduled our an appointment to have our dog's nails cut. We were unable to make the appointment because of car trouble. We went a little later and had to wait about 10 minutes, but it was no problem. They were quick and efficient and friendly. We will be back again. We also did a little shopping. It was a great experience.
