We went there for a few items. We wanted toilet paper. They had a 9 pack of quilted northern. But I was in shock. They wanted $20 for a pack of toilet paper. Not a case. A single 9 pack. You can get for $5 at Walgreens. I was going to ask someone if the price was a mistake. But I left

I found a cordless vacuum at TG Liquidation US 1 Vero Beach in a taped closed box that had obviously been opened. Just in case, I verified that the store had a 5-day return policy, no questions asked. When I got home, I discovered the battery and charger were missing. Next day, when I returned to TG Liquidation for a refund, the manager became irate and argued with me, insisting that all battery-operated appliances come without batteries and chargers, and that I needed to go online and order them separately. Ultimately, they allowed the return but in the process, were very abusive and banned me from ever entering the store again, as if I would come back to that place anyhow.

I recently visit the new spot and its nice but the prices are extremely higher the before. OTG should have stayed in Gifford where the prices was reasonable. Oh still no AC....

OTG recently relocated to a new warehouse just a few signal lights north of where they were previously established. The new location appears to have more storage for incoming stock, while the sales floor seems to be about the same amount of display space. The layout is more organized, and they have some new display racks and cases. It is a lot easier to look through the clothing and find specific sizes. Cosmetics, toiletries, household items, and cleansers are much more organized on the shelves. On the flip side, I think regular patrons were really hoping for air conditioning. It is highly recommended you go before noon and take a drink with you as it warms up quickly. They do have some fans to move the air, but it's just not enough in the afternoons to keep shoppers comfortable. They still have some great deals, but as other shoppers have mentioned, prices are higher than we were accustomed to. Where we often found adult clothing starting at $3, $5, & $7 with bo/go on $7 and up, now most clothing starts at $15, $20, & up. They also used to offer bo/go on purses, which I haven't seen yet, but maybe I missed it, or they haven't run that special yet. They have a tv screen mounted in a central location that displays any special deals they are running, so check that first before you start shopping. Most cosmetics are $1.50 each, purses $14.99 & up, and jewelry is still buy one for $5 get one free (or 2/$5). They have a lot of baby items, children's clothing, children's toys, housewares, small electronics/appliances, linens, furniture, rugs, shoes, and pet supplies. There is plenty of parking, food truck on site most days, and someone who sells frozen treats outside the warehouse. In order to use a credit card for your purchases, you must have at least $10 in merchandise, so be prepared with cash if spending less than $10. They also award you with $10 in OTG "cash" for every $50 you spend. You can come back the following week and redeem the $10 rewards on Wed or Thurs towards your purchase. Others have mentioned that the management and staff have displayed rude behavior, but I have not experienced that. Workers on the floor have been helpful about obtaining prices if an item is unmarked, helped locate specific items to see if they have it, and the cashiers have been friendly and personable. I had an item I bought that didn't work once I got it home, and I had no trouble returning and exchanging it. The only criticisms I have is that it is difficult to get through with a shopping cart, more big fans might help circulate the air, and they may want to relocate the nail polish bottles over by the jewelry. I have found when checking out, folks park their carts in front of the nail polish display and until they are done, it kind of holds up the rest of the folks who are ready to check out. It would be nice to see clothing prices lowered. They are not as deeply discounted as they were before the move and are more comparable to retail prices creating less of a draw to come shop for clothing. I enjoy stopping into OTG to shop around and will continue to shop here. Always look forward to seeing what's new on the floor and finding some good buys.

I was not impressed with this store. It looks more like a retail store than a discount warehouse and the prices are same or higher than retail. There is no AC so shopping was not fun and I also witnessed an employee being very rude to a customer. I don't plan on going back.

No more deals, prices are much higher and owner Stephanie has no customer service skills. She displays bad management in every aspect. She advertises honesty and that is not what she practices. Bad experience. would not recommend.

Love this store! Great deals found here for sure!! The staff is pleasant and since we frequent often they know us by name now. I've recommended this to all my friends and neighbors. You find so much stuff you don't even know you needed at a super fraction of what it would cost at the retail stores. Definitely recommend.

Not much that we were looking for. Also Lego Sets weren't a deal with boxes damaged.
