I came in wanting to buy some 2 feet’s of holes and spark plugs Mr Sam was very helpful and very attend
Super with services and very helpful
Answered all my questions in wish every place was like this

Joe at the Napa in Vero was a great great help. My kids had been looking for this part for there car everywhere and over a couple of months, and places wanted to charge from a 180 to 700 to fix but couldn't get the part. My wife took them to Napa in Vero and Joe said the part was on back order for a while. Then he mentioned the junkyard and looked a place and found the exact car. Told my son in law what he needed to do and the row the car was in and told him how to get it out. It went from 180 to 700 and only cost them 6 dollars to fix. It was one of those unbelievable moments. Joe saved us a lot of heart ache. Thanks Joe and Napa in Vero for the awesome customer service.

Just made the two guys at the counter try five different bolts to see what will fit my truck while they were busy with other customers. They got me what I needed fast and helped find the right bolts I needed. At checkout the man inside told me I was all good and didn’t owe him anything. Only two bolts but goes a long way! Great auto shop and amazing customer service. I will definitely be back, thank you again!
