I got an oil change and tire rotation about a month ago. Went to get new.tires today and my.car was missing a one lug nut off of every wheel and the rest ate stripped. Why didn't they say anything to me when they rotated my tires. Unless it happened at their location.

I have brought my car here a couple times and everything was great. Staff is friendly and efficient. Definitely feel like this is a place I can trust.

When you call for appointments, they don't have anyone in customer service who speaks Spanish, I don't know because such large stores and workshops don't have personnel who speak both languages in customer service.

I was walking and seen a young girl crying trying to take the front bottom plastic off you know hurricane problems,her mother was watching .I walking and seen and was like life is to short for suffering over something that was no big deal. I walked up and said can I help you please and she said no I insisted so she ran inside crying thinking it was bad.I couldn't take it of with some tools that auto zone let me borrow so we came to Midas and they took it of at no charge ?thank you for putting back the smile on that girl ???

Went for an oil change. They're not the cheapest place, but very kind and quick. I needed new filters and wiper blades, so I didn't pay bottom dollar, but they helped to find me some savings. Tire rotation and other things are auto-included. Hi Bill! ?Glad to have met you.

Good quick service but I think quadrupling the price of a part is a little much that was my only complaint I found it for $160 from the same store that they bought it from and they charge me 600 and something dollars for the part I don't mind an upcharge but that's a little excessive

Five stars to this Midas in Vero Beach. Jimmy and his crew makes this Midas a pleasure to deal with. They take the time to keep you comfortable and of cause get the job done. They also take the time to answer any questions. Their knowledge of the services they offer can not be beat.
