Been coming to this location for years, our #1 stop over when traveling. Today was worst experience ever! The 2 women, one dressed for the beach, and the other in a nice red suit, were horrible with figuring out the prices on several things!! Was told varying prices on everything I picked up, including accessories. Prices were clearly on a sign next to items but they didn’t know how to ring them up with the 20% “discount”!!!!I usually spend several hundred dollars each visit with amazing deep discounts, today was anything but a discount. Walked out with nothing!!!!!! ?????Where are the 2 guys that are usually there???? Bring them back!!!!!!!

It has been twice now since I’ve gone into the store in vero outlets. I have my kids with me, which of course are a little crazy and no matter what the rep Kevin is so friendly patient and just such a gentleman. He truly makes me want to buy the whole store, on how comfortable and confident he makes me feel.Amazing customer service.

I have been to this store twice in 1 week. The staff pointed out all the sales in detail. Showed all the color combinations and choices of bags in the big sale they had. They went above and beyond. Different people helped us both times and it shows the great training and commitment the staff has. It was a memorable experience.
