Today I contacted this auto shop to assist in diagnosing a code problem and change transmission fluid on my ill mother’s car. I am in a tough spot due to being from Maryland and only here to assist my mother who is in the ICU. This is my mother’s car and I found the car with this code. I explained the problem with the service writer and he was able to squeeze me in for an appointment on an already busy day for them. I can say that was a relief. I arrived and they promptly began to diagnose the cars problem. A short time later the service manager and mechanic both came the waiting area and I prepared for the worst! The mechanic sat down and began to explain the code and how it was corrected and also explained that the transmission fluid looked good and did not need changed. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and kind. They could have very well just changed the transmission fluid and charged me an expensive fee for the service, instead he explained that the fluid was ok and did not need changed, offered good advise for any further issues. As I was waiting for them to bring the car back around I witnessed the service manager displaying great professionalism and kindness to another customer. I can say I was extremely happy and impressed with the professionalism this company and its staff displayed. I would highly recommend this company for any of your auto repair services, you will not be disappointed.

No place is perfect…. But I have been coming here for 4 years and have not found anything better.
Met some great people in the clean welcoming waiting room! Excellent Christian music ? playing and lots of fresh coffee!
FYI: all credit card charges will be charged an additional 3%. (I don’t understand why businesses do this because they can write it OFF as a business expense??!). Bring a check.

Took my truck in with an estimate of$600+ on Mar 28.
At 10:30 told it was $809.
Got there it was $1016. No mechanic or owner explained.
Called Monday after hours to complain about squealing and grabbing feeling in the brakes . No call back yet. Will most likely dispute credit card charges since they won't respond.

The work is done right which is a plus. But, super expensive for the parts and service you get. Then add on the 3% charge for using a creditor debit card. The waiting time is long. I had an oil change and tire rotation and was at the garage for a couple hours. They gave me a price for an axle and battery. I shopped around and saved over a $100.00 for the battery and over $150.00 for the axle both items installed. Needless to say I will not be back.
