“Today I went to mattress firm clearance on 20th St. I have bought here before a few times, and I have always had a great experience with customer service and with the quality of their products. Today I had A salesman named Dylan, who was very helpful. I appreciate that as I do not come across that often in many places I go anymore. Also, because my son has had issues with his back hurting, and I’ve been needing to get a topper for his bed, but haven’t been able to afford it. He upsold us to a better quality mattress foam, and gave me a great deal. He was very thorough about the product I was buying and overall his customer service was outstanding. I did not catch the other gentleman‘s name that was there with him tonight, but he seemed very friendly also and defiantly deserves recognition for his customer service as well. I am very happy about getting my new bed topper for my son and comforter and for a great price! I will certainly continue to buy from their location.”

“There were three things I wanted in a new washing machine. I wanted a washing machine with an agitator, that would “completely” fill the basket with water, and the option to soak my cloths. Well, that’s exactly what I got with the help of Marty, the store manager. I’m not big on doing laundry to begin with, but I can definitely say, “I love my new washer!” I purchased the GE® 4.5 cu. ft. Capacity Washer with Stainless Steel Basket. This is the machine I grew up with! I don’t need to “Bluetooth” my washing machine, I just need it to completely clean my laundry. Thank you Marty and Jetson TV & Appliance in Vero Beach, for the completely painless experience! And yes, I walked in with my google in hand, and still was treated with superb customer service! Ha ha haSide note: Jetson’s delivery process is great! They send you a link that allows you to track your delivery down to the location of the delivery truck. This allows you to “get on with your life,” while you await the delivery of your product. The delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer!”
