Had a truly incredible experience with Mattress Market with a recent purchase and delivery. Diane our sales lady was super kind and easy to work with and our delivery guys were beyond professional and courteous. There was a problem with an item essentially not being put on the truck and the owner went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered to my home while the guys were still there to assemble everything. Talk about superb customer service!!! Just truly impressed with, and beyond grateful for the overall service of everyone involved in the whole process! Well done, Mattress Market!!!

I wanted to express my deep appreciation for the professionalism displayed by Steve and the staff. We met Steve at your store on Wednesday and he couldn't have been more helpful. Our new mattress was delivered Friday, we gave it 24hours to settle in, and slept on it Saturday night. We couldn't be happier, and will recommend you to everyone we know in Vero Beach. The delivery guys were amazing, professional and helpful.

Cannot express enough how awesome the customer service is!!They may not have as many floor models as a major market, but they have personality and good stock. We opted out of the free delivery to get the bed sooner, and they went above and beyond our expectations!!Very grateful for Mr. Jason!!

Well mattress places are mattress placed..but the gentleman that assisted me was amazing. I did leave the store for another 2 stores to compare, but at the end this was the first place and I came back here. There was no pressure. The place was clean and I would recommend going there for a good deal and best customer service.

Visited Mattress Market at their newest location on route 60, Vero Beach, and had a super experience. If your in the "Market" for a new mattress stop bye and visit Wells (5 ? customer service). The March Madness Sale saved me $200 and saving money always makes for happy customers ?.

I took the plunge I bought the really good one! Lol My other one's 19 years old I think it's due ? best local business, fantastic guest service with Jason and Wells... If you need a mattress you need to go here, this ones on SR 60 by Starbucks but it's showing US1 which is main store!!! Woohoo super excited!!
