We had a great experience with the Mattress Market in Vero Beach. Excellent customer service meeting our price range and delivering in just 2 day. Received a curtesy call 25 minutes before showing up and were in and out in 10 minutes. Great all around experience.

Wow, I was blown away by how knowledgeable and friendly the staff were! They really made the whole buying experience amazing, from the sales floor all the way to delivery. I couldn't believe the top-notch quality and unbeatable prices compared to other places we checked out.

Steve was excellent in providing the mattress we needed. My father is not easily impressed but he left there saying how much he enjoyed dealing with Steve and the entire process. Easy easy process....and the mattress is great! My father loves it.

I would give 10 stars for the service I received.
Diane at the 20th Street store is an absolute gem.
She is so knowledgeable, friendly and non-pushy (I hate pushy sales staff)!
I ended up purchasing the mattress she recommended after she picked my brain as far as my needs are concerned.
Originally I aimed at a Tempurpedic mattress but they weren’t available at this store , but the other location on US 1 had them. So I went over there and was taken care of by Steve. Same excellent service and great feedback - I learned a lot about mattresses.
Needless to say, I was hooked on the mattress Diane suggested for me and back to her store I went(even though it is the same business, I wanted her to have the sale since she spent so much time with me).
My purchase date was Wednesday, the mattress was delivered the following Friday, doesn’t get much better than that.
The delivery crew was equally awesome, ahead of schedule, put everything together in no time and took all old stuff with them.
All I can say, anybody in need of a new mattress should definitely give this business a try. I know I won’t go anywhere else.

We found our forever bed here. At 79 years old, it's quite possible that if I die in my sleep, it will be in the mattress we bought here, and are awaiting delivery to our forever home, to which we'll move in a week.
Nancy is a treat to work with, and consultative rather than sales focused. As someone who's been in sales most of my life, I recognize that solutions are the best approach to making the sale, and she personified the low-key, informative style.
With the thousands of choices today, someone who'll ask questions first, before having you lie down on anything, is your best consultant. Nancy directed us through several different solutions (method of construction, soft-through-firm, warranty, and guarantee) which ended up with a Puffy (what kind of name is THAT??) Lux, their nearly-softest of the line. Consumer reports agreed that it was a top quality mattress, and, which was important to my wife, considered among the softest and most comfortable for sleeping in all directions (back, sides, front) which is how we both sleep. The mattress itself is nearly motion-impervious, meaning that one of us shifts in their sleep, it doesn't disturb the other.
The store atmosphere was low key, and, if you have a sweet tooth, she ha a bowl of mini-sized (like at halloween) candy bar flavors awaiting your craving!
