We went into the store in Vero beach having zero clue what we needed or wanted(and also being a little nervous because who knows what kind of sales rep we will find). Melanie welcomed us with such enthusiasm and helpfulness. She listened to our concerns and took time for us to try out every option. She explained the difference of options and never pushed us one way or the other, she simply informed and helped us. She even helped us get the best deal. Over all it was a great experience, not just for mattress shopping but it was a refreshing experience in general. Thank you Melanie.

Vince was absolutely the best!! He made my decision making so easy and I am thrilled with my choice. He was very knowledgeable in his answers to my questions and so patient with me. Could not have been happier with my first time experience with Mattress Firm and will definitely use them for all future bedding needs.
