Is so helpful. She is always helping people and fixing and organizing the shoes. Sometimes you have to acknowledge hard work.

Terrible employees, my mom got a blanket and pillowcase set and did not receive the pillowcases inside the set, so we came to see the manager and she refused to give us the pillowcases even though it came in a set basically got scammed. Then I got this outfit for 25$ and the jacket still had a security tag on it and we put it in the washing machine and it ended up ripping the outfit. Besides that, all the skincare products are opened and used. That is nasty and un-sanitary terrible store

My husband and I were in the Vero Store on April 3rd and found some All-Clad measuring cups. I like to cook and I enjoy quality cooking tools so these are perfect. Our cashier, however, made comments about how pricey the measuring cups were, and she had just basic metal measuring cups, certainly nothing like these. Almost as if she was shaming us. This was a bit off-putting and went on the entire transaction. We are not wealthy people. I bought them because they were quality and will last a long time.

This review is disappointing for me. I’ve been coming here almost every other week for years. I’m always followed or closely watched and I end up leaving with $100 or more worth of merchandise purchased everytime. However today was the final straw and I am not taking it anymore. I purposely made sure I walked in the direction of everyone watching me just to see what happens if I went near the fitting rooms.. all of a sudden the two people watching me closely just so happened to no longer be busy in my previous area and was willing to help and was directing me that my small items can remain outside the dressing room. I’m just an aerospace manager shopping for work attire… not a criminal! Not sure what about me prompts that level of disrespect…. Oh wait! I do… thank the lord I make well over 120k annually and can afford a tie and shirt in Vero beach at Marshall’s! Thanks for trying to make me feel less than human. I won’t be back!!!
