Lowes is the worst store ever. Three different Lowes told me three different things. I had my order canceled by them twice... I went in to order a door, and they advised me to order it online and have it delivered. So I did that. A few days later, a Lowes in Lake Park called me and said they wouldn't deliver it because they have a 50 mile range, and they were 62 miles away. So they canceled it and told me that this store in Vero should have ordered it and had it sent to their store. So I go to the Vero store again in person and speak to customer service. They did actually try to help me this time, and the man went out of his way to go to the back and look online. They finally came to a solution to outsource it and have it delivered from another Lowes. I paid in person? They took my money immediately. And yesterday I had confirmation that they were delivering the door from the other Lowes. This morning I get a call from aLowes in Sebring, which is apparently 90 miles away.... and they said they can't deliver to me for obvious reasons, I guess? I'm getting the run around. The guy from the Sebring Lowes said that they could and should have ordered it from my store, and that the Lake Park people should have delivered it and that the range is 70 miles, not 50. I call and try to speak with the Lake Park Lowes, and I'm on hold for almost 20 minutes. They picked up and just put me on hold. Now I'm out $600.00 and told I have to wait 7-14 business days for that back?! Are you kidding me?! I'm beyond angry, and can't afford to just not have $600! I HATE this company.

I was scammed at Lowes - bought a grill and had it delivered. It was missing a vital part. Called Lowes customer service and they made arrangements to us go to store and pick up the part there - went there the floor model was missing same part. Waited for it to be sent. Called Lowes Customer service on 4th day. Said store personnel should have ordered part and now past deadline to order it so I got a return authorization picked up on 26 Dec by same people as delivered. Never credited to my account - now they Lowes credit card is dunning me and no record of my return appears on my Lowes account. Figure it was a scam by dishonest employees or incredible disorganization. I will never pay the bill and have to go through incredible hassle to get it removed my account.

Well I have officially lost all respect for Lowe's home improvement. Return policies are usually 30 days. I bought a star for my tree which was way to top heavy had to buy a different off amazon. Waited until after Christmas to return the star, you know got busy work life and holiday hustle and bustle went today to return said item under the 30 day policy and was rudely met with not being able to return my item because it wasn't before the 26th of a holiday month. Was not even offered store credit. I've never heard of such a thing. My reaction was are you kidding me, that's crazy, the woman proceeds to point at a sign on the wall and says read the policy. Extremely rude and I have been completely turned off with shopping there. What ever happened to customer service. DO NOT BUY HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE

No one at Lowes answers the phone past 5 pm. Had a $5000 fence delivery today and no one showed. Can't get ahold of anyone at the store. Going to show up and cancel my order and head to Home Depot. I'm sure they won't have a problem making a delivery for me! Worst store I've ever been to.

Someone that works there named Diana is probably the rudest person I have ever experienced at a Lowes. Home Depot is right across the street and I've never felt compelled one way or the other, because unfortunately they each carry different things, but this one rude B is making me lean towards HD whenever possible. I've had the unfortunate luck of getting her multiple times in the return line, and most recently she hung up on me after being rude on a call. Everyone else is so nice. This lady needs a new job and maybe a therapist.

If you are looking for major appliances bypass Lowe's and go a specialty appliance retailer. The customer service at Vero location is awful. The third party delivery firm XPo is awful. I bought a refrigerator for my 82 year old mother and sales associate sold me connecting lines for the ice maker never asking about the material or installation of the water line. The delivery crew arrives and informs me they could not connect after I bought requisite parts at recommendation of associate. I called the store who informed me I was out of options. And should have notified them of water line prior to purchasing. Are you kidding? Do not waste your time. I called the store 5 times and got transferred to a line that no one answered ever. I went to the store and No ONE could locate the store manager after I waited 30 minutes. Save your money and go to a professional appliance retailer that values customers. I will report my Client Experience to their corporate offices.

We were in Lowe's today and we were buying over $300 worth of plants and there was 17 people we one cashier and this is the second time this is happened and I will not be going back again this is unacceptable for a place like Lowe's not having enough employees.I have been in the store before looking for some help in the plumbing and stuff and I approached a employee and he said he didn't have time he was going on break this is very unacceptable I don't know why anybody wants to shop there I will be going to Home Depot from now on just about the same treatment they are but you got a prove the point!!!

Pre paid pick up and customer service department are terrible. Some have attitudes. Most of the issues they blame on their "system." Have ordered multiple times and not once has it been ready. Also on one occasion my item was completely lost with no explanations. Manager of the department does not seem to care. The manager of the store itself does not care either. Avoid customer service and prepaid pick up at all costs if possible.
