Loan Depot has one of the worst customer service programs I have experienced in over 40 years of banking experience. We had an extensive water leak in our home six months ago resulting in over $72,000 in damage. Working with a Public Adjuster we secured an insurance check only to have Loan Depot take charge if it and hold up the funds needed to continue with the mold mitigation and need to tear out our bathroom walls, shower and vanity. To that end we have paid over $34,000 of our own money in anticipation of the insurance monies. Loan Depot keeps saying 5 to 8 business days. It has now been over eight business days and 13 days since they received the check. We have excellent credit and have a perfect payment record. Our home is worth four times what the balance of our loan is. They keep saying 5 to 8 more days and then they will release just $40,000 of the available $57,000 they are holding of our insurance money after which the home will have to be inspected in order fro the remaining $17,000 to be released. As a point of information we upgraded our home to include kitchen cabinets, pool deck, bathrooms, hurricane impact windows and doors etc. last year at a cost of $56,000 out of our savings thereby increasing the value of our home. Loan Depot must be in dire straits financially to hold back our money from our insurance company. I am a combat disabled veteran and been with USAA Insurance for over 55 years since going to Nam to serve as an Officer and Combat Helicopter Pilot. The aforementioned gross treatment of me and my badly needed insurance repair monies and invariably my health needs is shameful.

I had the delightful experience of working with Gloria Taylor @ Loan Depot Vero Beach, FL 3000 miles away from Oregon. I had made an offer on a Town home in Village of Lexington. Gloria was amazing! She took the time to get to know me and understand my goals and needs and to help me as is I were her family and obtained insurance quotes, research HOA, taxes, sales history to understand costs involved in my purchase. She was so professional, funny, down to earth and transparent about the process. She had rave reviews about the town as she has lived there 25 years. I highly recommend her to my family and friends and will definitely work with her in the future for home purchase or refi needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Gloria, I feel like I have a new friend in Vero Beach!

Gloria is the BEST. I used her when I purchased my home. She was there with me through every step no matter how big or small. She kept in touch with me daily, hourly, anytime I needed anything. So I thought of her right away when I wanted to refinance. But instead I got pressured by a family member to use somebody else. And all I can say is what a nightmare. So after 3 months I finally had enough of my nightmare and told him and my family member I was done. Called miss Gloria and right away I knew I had made the right choice calling her. I was right back under her wing and she was guiding me in the right direction. She had done more in a few days than that other guy had done in 3 months. She is the best and I will recommend her anytime and have already. She is very good at what she does, we definitely need more people like her in this world.Thanks so much for all you have done.

Literally showed up to the closing today only to find out our scheduled closing was not going to happen as there was no clear to close on our file and our lender was nowhere to be found finally after several hours of text and calls she let us know if she was at a doctor's appointment and couldn't talk.Beyond disappointed as we were supposed to close one other time before and it fell through.Much more to the story and not sure where we and our kids will sleep tomorrow night¡!!!!

I can only say positive things about Gloria Taylor with LoanDepot. She was professional, organized, and did everything in her power to make sure our loan closed. If you are going to purchase a home make sure to work with Gloria.

Gloria Taylor (Florida) is phenomenal. She's professional, caring, honest, and works tirelessly. My daughter lives 900 miles away and recently bought her own home. The phrase "It takes a village" is true, and I'm certainly thankful that Gloria was one of MY village people!
