We purchased a New 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD from Linus GMC of Vero Beach, FL on October 14th, 2023. By October 19th we had to tow the truck back, due to an oil leak. It took 4 days to receive a rental car. We never received a diagnosis in a timely manner, nor received much communication from the Service team, service manager, or General Manager. The small amount of communication we received was extremely poor quality. We repeatedly called in and left messages asking for updates: with no return calls. After several days of this, we filed a complaint with General Motors. We were then told the part was on back order for 3-4 months. When we continuously requested documentation on the vehicle, including a dated receipt of when we brought the vehicle in, diagnosis, and timeframes; we were not called back. we called in 4 times prior to getting the service manager, Steve, on the phone at which point he stated he could not send us any documentation about our vehicle without the general managers approval. Within 30 minutes of this phone call, we were told that they miraculously found the part and the truck would be fixed with 48 hours. Once we received the \

We had the unfortunate experience of breaking down 2 hours into a 10 hour road trip with 2 kids in tow.Thank goodness it was in Vero Beach near Linus Cadillac!!!!John checked us in and gave us clear expectations. He was very kind and professional with the information provided. Matt came our right away and met with us to hear what had happened with the car. He was patient and thorough. Jaxson was our mechanic and he went above and beyond!!The team had us back on the road UNDER 2 hours after being towed in!!!We felt comfortable with the diagnostics and the resolution of our problem.I’m sad we don’t live there so that they could be our preferred dealership. Just absolutely a wonderful team and we are forever thankful for them and the positive experience in our momentary crisis.Thank you so much John, Matt & Jaxson!!

Purchased a 2019 Cadillac XTS in October 2020. Starting in December 2020, the vehicles safety features (back up camera) & electronics started exhibiting problems. I kept being told that "we can't replicate the issue". After sending too many emails, and recording videos of the ongoing issues, after installing 4 new radios - the problem is still not fixed, I am now being told that "the car cannot be fixed" while it is still under warranty. They are trying to blame the "older cars" on the newer Iphones. However, from 2019-2023, I was using an IPhone XR which is the same age as the vehicle. And, currently have not paired my Iphone with the vehicle, and all of the same problems keep occurring. And, why do you sell a car that will only last as long as the current years' Iphones?Even more discouraging is the fact that the service manager and GM continue to ignore emails and requests for meetings. Sadly, I am left with no other options than to engage legal representation.

I purchased a car from Linus. They shared that their best rate was through Cadillac Financial. In this crazy market 4.5% seemed terrific. This was the lowest rate compared to the other options available.However, the dealership never revealed that they were selling me a revolving interest loan. 1/3 of my car payment is going to interest. This is like having a car loan on a credit card. BUYER BEWARE - BRING YOUR OWN FINANCING WITH YOU.

In response to the owner's response to my review I understand it was a parts issue in the delay was severe if it wasn't for me the part would have never been found I called Kia asking about the part when they should have done that I did it weeks after they told me there was no part also the inside of my car looks hideous with dust and grease and grime the cleaning job on the inside was horrible.

I’m a retired GM Dealer from Ky. I brought my Cadillac in for service that was covered under powertrain warranty. Mr Steve Cummins said there’s no code and couldn’t fix but wanted to fix fuel injectors $389.00. When I showed Mr Cummins the service bulletin the proper code he got mad and said you looks like you’ve already diagnosed the problem. I asked him did you check the factory service bulletins he said no. When I mentioned bait and switch he jumped from his desk and screamed get out of my office don’t come in this place again.What triggered him is I know how it works and he got caught.He wanted customer cash not factory money. First time I was ever kicked out of a Cadillac Dealership.I hope Mr Linus reads this. I’m owed a big apology Former GMDealer No one has called to talk about this situation!!! They have our numbers!They could care less. Shameful!!!PS I was told during this visit I needed fuel injectors adjusted for $475.00 I didn’t choose to do that and had to sign a paper I refused service recommendations. I then proceed a week later to Dyer. They put my car on “the machine” and they said fuel injectors were perfect.Total dishonesty!!!Want to let Steve Cummins know that Dyer Chevrolet fixed my car. They listened when you didn’t. I told you it was the thermostat and it was.So Steve before kicking other customers out the door may I suggest you listen.

Average customer service. Price seemed high. Main problem appears to have been resolved, but a paid detective A/C diagnostic was unsatisfactory as it did not provide any relevant information to facilitate repair. Basically only re-estated the problems symptoms, not what the possible causes could be or repair routes. In summary, I paid for something I already knew!

If I could give this joke a zero, I would. Paid $2000 for 2 head lights, a center console cover and a driver side mirror assembly.They charged another $900. to install. It turns out that the part purchased from the parts dept. Was the incorrect part. I explained to them what the issue was and this is the part they recommended.Well the little mouthy squirrel service writer, tells me that I am being charged a 35% restocking fee for a part they said I needed.I own 2 caddy's and I am buying another for my son. These idiots will not get another dollar of my business. EVER. My office is 4 blocks away and I will go to Melbourne or Ft Pierce to buy my car and my service.Congrats Linus you are the worst DEALERSHIP IN AMERICA.

Cynthia in the service department was very helpful and went completely out of her way to assist me. I will never forget that kind of top notch customer service. She was polite and very informative and even when she didnt know the answer she made sure she found out and called me back with an answer. Very appreciative of her help and excellent service.
