The most unprofessional office. I would not recommend using this State Farm. Their agent quoted me $224 for two vehicles and then retracted what he stated, once I caught on that the new policy was $224 and my old policy was $149 with a total of $374, I told him absolutely not. He went ahead and charged my card. I am very upset. This office shows no compassion or concern for the mistake they made! Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund!

I recently went in to the office for a quote after my current car insurance with Geico went up tremendously. Todd was fantastic and took the time to thoroughly compare and explain my current policy against what State Farm could provide me. It is well worth it to go in to their office instead of trying to navigate the process yourself online. I had a wonderful experience and left much more knowledgeable than I came in! I have also spoken to Kathy before back when I was refinancing my house and she was so nice as well! I will be coming in to switch my car insurance over to them within the next week :)

I recently switched my Home Owners and Automobile Insurance to State Farm. I was referred by a neighbor to the State Farm Tim & Kathy Modesitt Agency in Vero Beach. I worked with Kay R., who was fantastic to work with in every single way. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough and truly gave me tremendous support. She answered every question I had either online or by phone and assisted me to get through the tedious process of changing Insurance Companies. State Farm’s pricing was clearly better than what I was paying for my then current Home Owners and Automobile coverage. Everyone at the Agency was delightful and helpful. After I completed my transition, I recommended Kay to my Significant Other for his Automobile Insurance needs. He also found them exceptional to work with and changed his Automobile Insurance to State Farm after being with another Insurance Carrier for over 10 years. It is a pleasure working with State Farm and I absolutely will recommend Kay and the Tim & Kathy Modesitt Agency to my neighbors and friends.

As a client for just about 5 years with no incidents whatsoever , a year and a month ago some punk kid tried to break check me and cause an accident and ended up getting an injury payout when there was no Collision or paint trading and I was told by the adjuster don't worry about anything you're good you're good . Later on I start having transmission problems so I take my car thinking I have two Towing perks per year. They dropped me because I used who Toto claims that were supposed to be Gratis with my policy and dropped me because they consider those claims. After 5 years you're just going to drop a customer just like that? And the adjuster Christina Kemp, the so-called adjuster who told me what I told her to do about her job . I'm the one that called the police for somebody trying to cause an accident and they take out a claim and state they were injured when they were walking for two and a half hours waiting for law enforcement looking at car dealership ? But I have a tow truck come twice thinking I'm in my right to do so being I get two for a year. But no. Getting towed got me dropped after almost five years with the company. I get dropped like a bad habit cuz I told my car and to the transmission shop. Just when I was starting to speak highly of State farm, and now I just realized they're not by your side they're not your friend they're not your good neighbor, they're that friend that talks to your face and stab you in the back . Who the hell would have thought having my car towed to the shop for get me dropped? I'll be talking to whoever is in charge regarding this and we'll gladly pay for the towing with cash being it's a claim that will get me dropped . So how much do I owe you State Farm for two tow jobs ? Then you can go ahead and remove those so-called claims that I never claimed and just appeared on your app conveniently which were not there before . Not stupid so don't play me for a pool that's disrespectful as hell to tell somebody that they can have two free towings per year and then just drop them? Those are some true colors there . Jake would not approve . Absolute joke that they consider a Towing perk a claim . Don't you think if I would have known that before I set myself up to be dropped for a perk on my policy ? Thanks a lot State Farm thanks for stealing my money and doing nothing for me and especially Christina Kim has a whole new attitude on the phone with me now than she did March 23rd 2022 . Apparently you're allowed to tell your insurance agent to just go ahead and pay somebody as if you're the professional and it's not their fault that they did their job a** backwards ? Smile to your face stab you in the back over Towing
