It's a small store and they don't have a lot of stuff. But the stuff is amazing and full of knowledge.

Majority of the staff members are downright rude and bitey. The blonde broad at the cut counter likes to use a high pitched voice when she says something shady to you. Complained about me looking at too many fabrics and asking to verify a price on an item in the wrong place. There is hardly any new stock and the clearance corner is messy. Corporate does not care about how they treat their customers as this is not a new issue. There are some pretty and unique fabrics here and there. Prices are decent.

Store was disorganized, poorly stocked, and poorly staffed. Sales signs were incorrect. Cashier was downright rude and was mocking me as I left the store. She also seemed to have no clue what she was doing.

Cashier was quite rude - very nasty tone of voice. I was purchasing a piece of HD polyurethane foam & didn't know I had to have the piece measured at the cutting table & get a price ticket there.
