Walked into the Jetson “Luxury” store after meeting with Josh in the Jetson store next door. Had my heart set on the higher end appliances sold in the luxury store but my husband and I were completely ignored by the sales associate, who only managed to say “Hey” without looking up 5 minutes into us walking in and couldn’t be bothered to help us at all despite no one else being in the store. Ended up giving Josh next door the sale, he was terrific!

Nice showrooms with extremely knowledgeable sales associates. They also service what they sell - this adds to their already great pricing and value - a comforting feeling knowing the company I bought from will also take care of any service needs should there be any.Lifetime customer here...

Jetson sales people are inconsiderate, dishonest, and and unreliable. Good luck to anyone who buys from them. My story to date: Bought a full kitchen set of appliances. Sales person Mark Snediker said the induction stove top comes with a set of pots and pans. Great, we went with that stove. We took delivery of the appliances in 1st week of March. We bought a refrigerator here years ago and had a great experience, so when we needed a new stove, Jetson was the first place we thought of. The same salesman, Josh, was still there! He is wonderful - helpful, knowledgeable, personable and funny, and did not push us at all. We were delighted with the entire shopping experience, from entering the store right through checkout. Today the stove was delivered by Dre and Drew, who were amazing! Dre has the biggest smile we’ve seen in a long time, and gave us an excellent introduction to using the stove. Both he and Drew explained what they were doing each step of the way. Highly recommend!

I loved being able to track my delivery including a text when they were 20 minutes from my home. The two delivery gentlemen were neat, efficient, friendly and quick! I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Jetson many times over the years and they have always been great to work with. They recently delivered our new Kitchen Aid refrigerator and, due to large appliance and small doorways in the house, they had to take the refrigerator apart to install it. I left a message on their website that one door was not totally level and they immediately sent a wonderful technician who worked on it until it was perfect. Excellent price actually lower than the big box stores, they had the unit in stock and delivered it the next day which is important when your food is thawing out, and they really care about customer service. We have always used them, and will continue in the future.

I hate to even give this company a one. Should be a minus 10. Ordered a microwave right after Thanksgiving. No special order, no custom. Did not get until February. Did need a special trim kit around. Cost $129.00 for service to measure. (why didn't they measure when they brought the new microwave?) The still had to pay for trim kit, but of course. The service person did not tell me he needed a credit card to order, just that it would take up to two weeks to get. After two weeks I asked what the status was. Suppose to get a call back. After another week and a phone call on my part, was told THEN they needed a CC, to prepay. Waited two more weeks, another call by me. They would look into. After another week passed, I called again. Was told it just come in that morning. Scheduled to have installed. When service person came on March 14th, the box said it arrived at Jetson's February 28th. No one bother to call and let me know. Ask to speak to a manager. Never got a phone call back. Emailed NEVER got an email back. No apology. 5 months to get a micro wave put in. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO COURTESY. Unfortunately they seem to have a monopoly in the area. STAY AWAY.

If you buy from Jetson's you will get to know their service Dept very well. They will sell you anything and service it many times. Do NOT purchase anything from this establishment.

Worst service I have ever experienced from any firm! They are fortunate as they don't have much competition in the Vero Beach area so they really do not have to care about their customers. I strongly suggest that you use Home Depot or Lowe's for your appliance needs as Jetson does not value their customers. They are arrogant and very hard to do business with! Would not recommend them if they were the only appliance firm on the planet!

Purchased entire suite of stainless steel appliances for our kitchen. We were treated very well by the staff but when we got home we looked online at the local Home Depot and Lowe's stores and discovered that we paid about $400 too much. Bummer, also when the gentleman delivered it they were a little rough getting in our house and damaged our front stairs. So be warned that the movers of the appliances could have been a little bit more careful but I'm glad I bought from a local company!

Bought a used washer, looked good and they said it was their best used washer. Within a couple uses the motor seized, so I called them for a service call. For $85 they told me this washer is a POS, needs a new motor and drum for $600. So for $300 I have a POS washer that doesn't work, and had to pay for them to tell me the POS they sold me was a POS. I asked if they could help me out on allowing some credit on a new unit, they looked at me as if I was insane and said, "not on a used washer". Oh well, off to Home Depot, which I should have gone to in the first place. Tried to give zero stars but I guess you have to give 1.
