I used my Retirement money to redo my kitchen and I bought all the Samsung appliances from Jetson's. They were delivered fine and installed. But it was only a few weeks when the microwave would not heat. They came when they said they would and fixed it. It broke again a couple months later. They said they had to order parts. And at that point, I didn't hear back from them for weeks so I called them to find out they needed to order me a whole new microwave. However, they never told me that and I don't know if they would've if I had not called. But at that point I said OK get me another microwave. I had bought the extended warranty so it was covered. However, I still had to pay $150 to have it installed and buy a new warranty for my next microwave. What is my choice? Well now it has been five weeks since that point and I still have no microwave! I called again today and oh by the way, they just found out that it is on back order and don't know when I will get it. They offered to get me a different model that I can get in two weeks. That happened today because again I called them. We will see what happens.Would like to report them to the Better Business Bureau, but I don't think they are a part of it. I can see why

Waited an entire week for Jetson's to come fix my brand new dishwasher I bought from them. I call this morning to see what time they will be here so I can be sure I am home, they can't even tell me... People have to work for goodness sake. Ridiculously bad service...

My almost 1 year old refrigerator stopped working. A repairman came that day, a Saturday, identified the problem as the compressor. I took 4 garbage bags of defrosted food to the dump. The repairman said the part should be in on Monday or Tuesday or they would give me a loaner. None of that happened. I'm scheduled for repair next Tuesday, 10 days after the call, and the day before I leave for the summer. Never again.Update: the day after I posted the original, the repairman came and installed a new compressor. All is well.

I’ve done business with Jetsons several times over the years and have never been disappointed. This time I bought a dishwasher and it has worked excellently.

Update 10/5/23This company doesn’t have a clue….just received a call from Jetson wanting me to pay more money after initially scheduling a service call and paying $100 deposit. They still haven’t ordered the part needed. I questioned her as to why??? She immediately told me she would have to call me back. Guess I’m still waiting…….After waiting a week for the service tech to arrive to fix my JennAir 42” built in refrigerator they didn’t fix it, he didn’t even attempt to fix it. He’s here for 5 minutes to just look at what’s wrong with it. Really? When I made my appointment I specifically told them only 2 led lights out of 13 are working. (Needs a new light kit) duh…. I also told them I need one new door seal out of 2 doors. Remember they (Jetson) have all the information they need, make, model, serial. I purchased it from them along with a double over, cooktop, hood, and dishwasher. How hard is it to order the parts if not in stock and have them when you arrive prepared to complete the job on your first visit? The tech was friendly and professional but this is NO way to run a business. So now I wait until they decide to call me back to reschedule an appointment to complete a simple job.

I purchased a Frigidaire frigerator 6/2/23. The ice machine was not working so I called for service. Went away and service tech came 7/28. I need a new condenser, evaporator and cellinoid (not sure of spelling) and that it was a fire hazard. It was 133 degrees in the back. I asked for a new fridge. They would not swap it out. Called Frigidaire they sent out another tech a week later who agreed and told me to unplug it and throw out everything in the unit. I am now without a fridge for a week and am waiting for parts which will be another week if I am lucky before they arrive and are installed. Even if they do this whatever parts are left will be fried as the unit was at 133 degrees for several weeks. This is a lemon and they will do nothing about. Quality service is not what Jetson’s gives.

There were three things I wanted in a new washing machine. I wanted a washing machine with an agitator, that would “completely” fill the basket with water, and the option to soak my cloths. Well, that’s exactly what I got with the help of Marty, the store manager. I’m not big on doing laundry to begin with, but I can definitely say, “I love my new washer!” I purchased the GE® 4.5 cu. ft. Capacity Washer with Stainless Steel Basket. This is the machine I grew up with! I don’t need to “Bluetooth” my washing machine, I just need it to completely clean my laundry. Thank you Marty and Jetson TV & Appliance in Vero Beach, for the completely painless experience! And yes, I walked in with my google in hand, and still was treated with superb customer service! Ha ha haSide note: Jetson’s delivery process is great! They send you a link that allows you to track your delivery down to the location of the delivery truck. This allows you to “get on with your life,” while you await the delivery of your product. The delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer!

I went in to purchase a stove and maybe a microwave to match on July 3rd. 3 guys sitting behind the desk we asked if they had any gas stoves and was told no they don’t sell many. We asked if they could get one and they said yes. There was no one else in the store we were there for 10-15 minutes no assistance. When I asked about the self clean he was abrupt. We worked with Josh to coordinate purchase, delivery and installation of three TVs and an induction range. He was knowledgeable, personable, patient and very informative. He helped us make good decisions re: what to purchase and then coordinated delivery of everything on the same day. Chris and Brian installed the TVs and they could not have been nicer and went the extra mile to explain how the TVs worked. Thanks to Josh, Chris and Brian we had a great experience.

Absolutely horrible service experience. Being strung along by various service staff members. Took about a month to get service appointment. Then appliance was taken for in-shop repair. Delivery being repeatedly rescheduled due to "staff sickness," "miscommunication," "I don't know who you talked to ...," etc. Last time using Jetson!
