I brought in a in a very good watch, platinum, diamonds & mother of pearl watch made in England. $20,000 watch. Chemat. It needed a new battery. Not only did they replace the battery but they cleaned it, polished it, tested the seal. I picked it up. It was nurtured by professional jewelers. Charge, $10.00 Today, I left many pieces that needed attention including a large pendant from Arica that the Africans used a bone from the carcus on a elephant after poachers had killed this magnificent creature. A handmade piece, maube pendant that I didn't want to ruin the luster. Along with with my priceless diamond ring and lots of my treasures. OMG, they are amazing. They must have spent cleaning polishing, checking for loose stones. I had my card out to pay $0$. they spent hours fixing, polishing, & making sure all the jewelry was in good condition. I also want to add if a inexpensive repair comes in they will treat it like precious piece of jewelry. If I could give them a 10 I would. Plus, their jewelry is to die for!! Looking forward to doing more business with them.

great customer service , very friendly , clean neat and organized. they always take great care of their customers I will forever be a customer! they are very reasonably priced.

I highly recommend avoiding this place. The old man working there has a lot of experience with how to steal your money while remaining within constraints of the law. Other pawnshops have been straightforward with me. There are two more pawn shops within the immediate area, avoid the pink building.

I do not recommend this place one bit. I will never be that desperate for cash to pay a bill and borrow money from them. The worst part is that you have to deal with their apathetic, lazy and rude staff. I always walk out of there in a bad mood, and not because I'm broke, but because of the attitude of the employees there. Time to find a better pawn shop.

Usually just go in for guitar strings. Everyone seems nice. I've never really been in the back room of the shop so I can't speak about that.
