Great Customer Service!
I took the kids with me to pick up a wood chipper. The wifey gave them a scavenger hunt and the employees helped us complete it, and gave us a souvenir, too. Thank you guys! Can’t wait to use the chipper, too.

They use to send coupons without being a member, Now the deals are only when you pay for a membership.

Always knowledgeable and helpful. I left a can of carb cleaner in a cart in the parking lot. They called me to let me know and set it aside so I could come back and pick it up. Excellent customer service.

Harbor Frieght is my go-to for a lot of things, but this one experience really stuck out for me. After getting a new car, we were planning on purchasing some tools for minor things, like changing the brakes, etc. The staff member who checked us out was honest and saw that he used the product we were going to buy, and he didn't recommend it because of the size of my husband's hands. It would not be active because of the smaller sized handle. He recommended the bigger product, which was cheaper. We really appreciated his honesty and making sure we got the most of our money. Thank you for employing staff who care!

I would give this place 3 plus stars due to attentive staff. That said, product portfolio is OK but not the best equipment brands on the market. For supplies HFT is great. It is a tough market and competitive market, thus continue carving out your niche.
