A friend brought me in for a free visit and met jay the owner right away, felt welcome every time and has become my comfort gym out of all the gyms I have been to in Indian River County. I go well out of my way since I live in Sebastian with no regrets. Gym is always clean and the atmosphere is light and welcoming. Try this gym out before you lock in anywhere else!”

“It's a small place but they're well equipped with nice Rogue equipment. It's clean and organized. I was visiting vero beach for the week and wanted to get some workouts in, this place was perfect for me. I was able to do 90% of my normal routine, the rates are fair, and being 24hr is great too.Tip for finding the location- GPS will most likely take you to the strip mall for Prime Storage. The gym entrance is on the backside of the building.”

“I have nothing but incredible things to say about Christi’s Fitness - the swim and gymnastics departments are TOP NOTCH!Coach Linda Simos (swim) is a genuinely fantastic human. She’s been teaching our son how to swim for about a year now and I would highly recommend her to anyone - babies, kids, adults! She’s down to earth, relatable, knowledgeable, professional and still so much fun, SO passionate about what she does and just an overall magnificent teacher. Our son looks forward to his swim lessons each week and has progressed rapidly - Coach Linda has exceeded any and all expectations I’ve had! Coach Kira is also a wonderful human! Our son loves to play around with her in the water, after his lesson - and she never rushes him. It’s so nice that these women not only look out for our son, but also me (giving Mommy a little break!). Absolutely beautiful, genuine souls - I cannot express this enough!Coach Grayson (gymnastics) is yet another incredible soul! She’s passionate, patient and so much fun with the homeschool gymnastics class our son is in. It’s been a real pleasure getting to know her and watch how our son perfects different movements.Christi’s is a great facility - even just walking through the front doors, we are ALWAYS greeted by at least one person, if not two or three! It’s a great atmosphere and we are glad to be apart of it!”

“I’ve been coming here for a while now after switching from the Fort Pierce location - plenty of racks. It can get busy at times - I wish I could see how packed it was ahead of time some days but typical gym times it’s loaded. Staff is great, friendly, and helpful. Would love one more stairmaster but that’s it.”
“Clean facility with nice employees. I was pleasantly surprised to see many older folks prioritizing their health training at Velocity. The machines are new with great ergonomics, particular the prone leg curl.”

“I wanted to do a Spartan DEKA event and found Element online. The date and time worked so i figured the 2 hour drive was worth it.I could not have been more happy I made the drive to Element. First of all, everyone in the gym from the owner, to the staff, coaches and members could not have been nicer. Everyone was extremely friendly and supportive. In Less than an hour I felt like everyone there was an old friend.They also do an outstanding job keeping the facility spotless. They were constantly cleaningIf I lived anywhere near Element I would have signed up on the spot.My only regret is I didnt buy a shirt to support such a great facility. Can't wait to visit again.”

“Well organized powwow. Held under cover so rain does not affect the celebrations. Great place to bring the family and learn about culture. Nice selection of food trucks and vendors. The sound system could use improvement. It was hard to make out what the speakers were saying.”
