Used to love this place. Brought a few items to the counter and cashier mumbled under her breath " no way I'm selling this item for such amount." It got reprinted to over ten times the original tag. If your people aren't tagging things correctly it's not my problem. I will be telling everyone to go to the other vero beach stores such as hidden treasures vna thrift store where people are still treated with respect and things are done correctly.

I am writing this short and negative review as a donor of clothes. It was my first (and probably last) visit to donate clothes to this Goodwill Store. I was met by a young man who said nothing, never acknowledged me, never said thank you. When I asked for a donation receipt he tossed a card with QR code to me and again never said Thank you or even acknowledged my substantial donation of clothing. Customer service and common courtesy are important in any business — but especially in the world of charitable giving. Next time I am going to one of the other Vero Beach organizations — VNA or Habitat for Humanity — where I am normally treated with courtesy and appreciation.

Just my personal opinion. This is the only goodwill store I've ever been in that has like only clothes and bare minimum of everything else. I've seen people dropping off stuff at this place constantly constantly. What are they doing with it? Because it's certainly never on the floor. It's the worst. The worst. Don't even bother going here

One of my favorite stores! I love a good bargain! I love giving unwantables a new life and purpose! I found quite a few gems in this store at a fraction of real world cost! Store has some great deals, clean store, clean restrooms, and the only possible thing I can say that needs some attention is the clothing organization. However, that seems like a gigantic job to tackle, so I understand. But if you come to look through clothes, just make sure you're not looking to find your item in a time crunch!

Used to love Goodwill. Now anything on a hanger is $5.99. That means bras, underwear, towels, anything. They split the two-piece bathing suits in two so you're paying $12 for a bathing suit ?♀️. Shoes are seldom less than $9.99 a pair. Haven't donated to them in years because of this. Going to have to stop shopping there too. Salvation Army thrift store is much better.
