  I LOVE this company! I get to speak to a 4eal person when I call. If there is an 9utage, I am always kept well-informed via a message explaining the issue and giving an estimated solution time. I am in a rural area and don't have many choices for internet. This company has been a godsend.

  Installer Technicians Rick, Hose & Pablo had done an EXCELLENT JOB to relocate the Router from the dinning room area to my computer room, using the existing phone land line outlet; hence, no drilling of a hole was necessary. FB's WiFi speed is very good; I am very happy that I chose FB services! :)

  Gabriel and Pablo resolve our issues with not having internet service. Gabriel explained what he did and made sure it was working before he left.He was very kind and caring that the internet had not been working.Now homework is getting finish with assignments.
