James was super friendly and quick to repair it knowing the urgency. He was super informative and replaced my charging port without ordering any other parts I might not need. He even provided me some authentication texts while he was working on the phone, so I could access apps on my wife’s phone.

“Was visiting Vero Beach yesterday (Sunday 7-14-24) and had a issue with my car battery. I live about 1.5 hours away, so this was of course a concern. Battery was tested and found to be bad. While my battery was under warranty, this was not the location where I purchased it. Ryan(I think that was his name) helped me a tremendous about. Where I did purchase it had a old phone number and a misspelling on my name, so he had a hard time finding me in the system-totally not his fault. He worked through the challenges and got me taken care of. I was able to replace the battery and head back home without any worries of being broken down on the side of the road on this super hot day.
