My salesman Mike Ciemko is not only a wonderful person but an excellent salesman. I was in an unfortunate accident driving a vehicle I had just bought through him 1 yr previous. He listened and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to walk out of there with a beautiful safe vehicle that I can afford. This is my third vehicle with Mike, and I travel 30 minutes to see him because I do not trust anyone else! And your finance department Chris Amos is a very nice young man. He's very caring and also went out of his way to guide me in the right direction. I always tell friends about Dyer Chev in Vero Beach!

This dealer do not care about you. Waited 52 days for the minivan to be fixed and be drivable and then I am informed that they will not repaired anything else that is bad in that car. All of the sudden became a car "As is", I waisted the opportunity to buyThe same car some where else sooner and still I don't have the $500 that I put down to reserve the vehicle more than 2 weeks I spoke to Manager Jose and he did nothing. My advice, take your businesses somewhere else and save the headache of dealing with this dealer.

I'm sorry but I can't give this dealership even 1 star. The service department is absolutely horrible. They perform oil changes by replacing the oil filter and topping off the oil. Then when your engine blows they say so much sludge was built up that it's not covered by the extended warranty. After having the engine rebuilt by a certified Chevy mechanic, the truck wouldn't start, had it towed in for an engine diagnostic test. After 1 week, I called to find out what the hell was happening, was told I need a new engine for $10000.00. I said you're out of your minds, it was just rebuilt. They said, if you don't want us to replace the engine, you'll need to come get your truck by the end of the day. I met the tow driver, turns out the truck was never moved and nothing had been checked on it. Everything inside and outside were exactly how I left it there. Now, they won't even return calls, emails, letters. No communication from the top on down. Even the salesman hasn't responded after requesting his help to get a response. Never again Dyer. The review made me give 1 star to be accepted.

We are very satisfied with our new vehicle purchase from the Dyer Chevrolet team in Vero Beach. We never felt pressured and they went over and above to located a put us in our new suv. The trade in value they gave us was very fair as well.

The experience at the dealership and working with Nicholas Grehan was rewarding, to include, the team was knowledgeable, courteous answered my wife and I questions regarding the vehicle we were interested in. Nick Spent a great deal of time working to make sure we were completely happy with not only the vehicle, but the entire transaction. and never was short or rushing through this process With this said, we left the dealership with my wife extremely happy almost in tearswith her new SUV....I personally would like to thank Dyer Chevrolet our home town dealership for the great experience.Best RegardsMark Esolen

Went here looking for a new car . I can honestly say my experience was amazing though out my visit from start to finish. I was met by a sales consultant named Mike Ciemko who welcomed me to the dealership. He took the time to listen to my needs and we briefly discussed my budget range and within minutes we were on the lot and Mike showed me several options that he felt was the perfect fit for my needs. I was delighted by his knowledge and he was able to answer any questions that I asked and at no point did I ever feel pressured. He took his time with me and I was able to narrow it down to two vehicles that I really liked. Mike got the keys grabbed me a bottle of water and we hit the road. As we traveled he pointed out and gave details of the different options on each vehicle. I chose the second car I drove and Mike and I returned to the dealership, went to his office and started up the initial paperwork. Not much to it,mike had all his ducks in a row, in our conversation I learned that he had been with the dealership for nearly 17 years. That in itself is pretty impressive and his experience certainly didn't go unnoticed. While we were taking care of the minimal paperwork,my trade-in was being assessed and shortly thereafter I was introduced to the finance manager and within 15 minutes done!A great deal and no pressure from a team that makes you feel like part of the Dyer family. Thank you guy's such a pleasure doing business with you.

Haleigh was great to work with. Oil change & tire rotation went smoothly and timely. The new scan service that checks the tires and underside of the vehicle along with nicks and dents was really cool. I just got back from a long trip and the complimentary wash was greatly appreciated.

I will start by saying that Matt, the service advisor was reasonable, and I had no problems with him. What I will say is that the actual service portion was beyond terrible. Because I had limited time to have my vehicle serviced, I dropped my vehicle off on a Sunday night for what I would assume would be a Monday morning start to repair my vehicle. I ordered the part that I needed to be replaced the week prior and paid for it. I was told late Monday morning that the technician was working on two cars at once and that my car would most likely be there until Tuesday. Later on Monday I was called back and told that the part was the wrong part ( I take that responsibility) and that a new part was going to be needed but that since it was so late in the day if it was ordered, it may require an overnight express shipment and it may not even arrive in time on Tuesday. I was told that my vehicle most likely would require to be at your facility until Wednesday or even Thursday because there was damage that was not originally seen, which would require a trip to the body shop. At that point I asked Matt to put the car back together and that I would pick it up. Matt obliged and I was charged a reasonable fee for services. I will tell whoever is reading this that I feel as though I was taken advantage of. Had the service technicians actually looked initially at the job in a timely fashion, this may have all been avoided. the service technician would have seen the "additional" damage and would have been able to see the part was the wrong part. I had previously brought the same vehicle in and asked for someone to trouble shoot an intermittent problem (noise) and instead I was told that they could not find any problem but that I could probably use a transmission flush, so I obliged and had the service completed. My kindness and acceptance was treated as a sign of weakness but still, I returned to your service department this week because I have faith in Chevrolet, as I routinely take my other Chevrolet truck to a local Chevrolet service department near my full-time home. It seems as though the service technicians at Dyer Chevrolet are either inexperienced, understaffed or take advantage of service customers. I will never return to Dyer. I have purchased a Honda.

We recently purchased a beautiful 2022 Blue Blazer from Dyer Chevrolet, and I have to say our experience was quick and painless. Our salesman, Ricardo, was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy! He made our time there as enjoyable as you can hope for. We highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase! All the staff there were great, and we feel like we were treated very fair with our trade-in vehicle as well! Thank you all so much!!!!

I bought my car at Dyer Chevrolet and continue bringing it back there for all service needs. The service department has always done a great job providing good service and have always been honest about whatever work REALLY needs to be done. Most recently I decided to take my car in at the last-minute for an oil change and tire rotation, they had me out of there in the 45 minutes I was promised.

Okay first off, I have always been satisfied with the customer service however the price of repairs is astronomical. I was quoted at $1600 for a DEF tank replacement due to a faulty quality sensor which just so happens to be integrated into the tank. The tank itself was $670 and the diagnostic was about $100, there is also a regen cycle that needs to be done so figure another $100 for that. This leaves $700 for labor. I was confused at this because the tank is literally exposed and easily accessed. Literally a shield, two straps and some electrical plugs. I tried to argue this point but they would not budge on the price. I spent 2 hours in my driveway removing the old tank and replacing it with the new one and I am in no way a professional but the task was easy enough….it Is just a tank after all. Part went in without any issues and the truck runs great now. How can you justify such high labor cost. I can understand a few hundred but $700 for 2 hours work???? If you are looking for value keep looking because you won’t get it here. It makes me reluctant to go to them for anything because I feel as if I’m getting robbed.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am very happy with the sales dept. especially Jhon. The service dept. is absolutely horrible. My engine blew in Feb 2023, the dealer stated that it was caused by poor maintenance because I didn’t have proof of oil changes for the last 20,000 miles. Previously, Dyer had supposedly changed the oil almost exclusively since I bought the truck in November 2020. Dyer quoted me a price of $9,000 to rebuild the engine. I found a certified Chevy mechanic who did the same work for $5,800.00. Once he took the engine apart, he said the problem was that the truck had very few oil changes. It looked as though the filter was changed but the oil was only topped off. After the engine was completely rebuilt, it would start but stall out almost immediately. My mechanic said his GM tech told him to have the truck brought back to the dealer for a diagnostic test as it appeared to be a gasoline issue. The car was brought to Dyer on 7/27/23. I spoke to Matt who was my advisor and he told me on Friday, that they’d have an answer on Sat 7/29 or Mon 7/31 the latest. After not hearing anything, I emailed my advisor on Tuesday 8/1 for an update. I did receive a call but no answer. Finally on Wednesday afternoon, I got a call from Matt saying I need a new engine at a cost of $10,000.00. I told my mechanic who went to the dealership to speak with the tech working on the truck. It turns out that the truck hasn’t even been looked at. I should mention that my mechanic used to work at Dyer but left over a salary dispute. An hour and a half after he met with the mechanic, Dyer called me to say I needed a new engine. Then they called me To say I needed to get the truck out of their yard. I am so over this dealer. I will never have anything to do with them ever again.

How can a person of such a dealership say that they've fixed a person's car, when my vehicle was never ever in the building to be serviced? Ìve called 4 times to have an airbag ordered, and Dyer Chevrolet can't even do that right. They can't even order the part that's on recall for my vehicle, and call me to have the vehicle serviced when the parts come in. And you want me to leave a respected review? Not happening.

Work done as requested all was good as always. I have been doing business for 22 years at that location even before it was Dyer. Everyone is always very nice and professional, and I have bought 2 cars from that location. Thanks to your staff and mechanics for a job well done.
