Brought my engagement ring in to be fixed and they proceeded to RUIN my ring. It no longer would fit on my finger, the shape was completely messed up and they destroyed the engraving on one side. Even after bringing this to their attention all three associates brushed it off and tried to excuse the poor quality of work on the age of the ring. I had to go to a different jeweler and spend over $200 to fix the mess this business did to my ring.

Stopped in Thursday at 345 pm. Asked about having them resize my wife's wedding ring and wedding band and having them solder together and polish. They said it was $100 and could be done Tuesday or Wednesday after new years. I told them I would have to come back because we were going out of town. They looked at their schedule and said they could have done Friday afternoon. I happily left it with them. They got it done in less than 24 hours. The resizing fit my wife perfectly and the rings look great. Felt the $100 was very reasonable. I will definitely go back. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Hopefully if this is the same Dubose as the stores in PSL I'd love to know if you have any pictures of my father. He was a jeweler for your stores. You can see my last name. My little girl was just asking me out of nowhere where my dad used to work. She never got to meet him. He died when I was pregnant with her. I was shocked when she said there was a Dubose still open. Please let me know

Today we picked up a couple of repaired rings. Unbeknownst to me they charged us a surcharge without telling us on our charge card!!! I would have paid cash if I had known. Spent money there quite a few times but no more!!!! Be ware of that underhanded way they treated us.

I brought my 30 year old cycle wash in for a battery change and immediately after getting it back it started to fog up on the inside. I brought the watch back three different times, and they said each time they were tried to make sure they knew what was causing it After picking it up on the fourth time is fogged again, so I'm just gonna send it to Seiko

Wish there was no stars so first i took my silver rope chain in to be reconnected after I broke it they charged me $15 and did a great job the first time the second time they wanted $30 and just soldered it crudely back together then my grandmother takes her $2,000 watch in there to be fixed they told her it's a battery twice and it wasn't and told her if it's not a battery it's not worth fixing then I go in there to get a ring sized down they told me that the ring is silver (its 10k and marked) with real diamonds in it that they told me are not real (already had it tested elsewhere) and they might burn up during the heating process its a thousand dollar ring ive already had tested elsewhere then my fiances parents had their rings modified there the stones were off center uneven and the entire ring loiked like it had been over ground and polished out unevenly they looked terrible my dad went to this comoany for years but theres obviously someone else in charge now that isnt doing great will never be going back here

Imagine this, your partner of 10 years proposes, and plans a surprise elopement. 4months prior he uses the diamonds out of his childhood earrings to get a wedding band custom made. before we even returned from our trip, a stone has fallen out.We return, drop of the rings to get resized and fix the missing stone.1 week later, I pick up the rings, later that day, I realize they are fitting too tight, and long and behold, another stone missing… I call them and let them know what’s going on, took 5 tries to get someone to answer the phone.3 days later, get resized, and once again drop off for another week to get resized, and get the Diamond replaced.Now here we are, 2 weeks later, another stone is missing.I don’t even have the patience to call, or deal with this again, and on top of poor quality of work, the customer service is non existent.I will be taking my rings to a new jeweler to be fixed, as we are now missing 3 stones from my husbands childhood jewelry.Unacceptable craftsmanship, and service.
