I drove 45 minutes to the Ace Hardware in Vero Beach because it was the closest one that had the part for my central air conditioning, which was out due to the part failure so I was happy I found it drove there and from the time I got to the store the lady upfront her name tag says Ann my receipt says the clerks name is Ann was the rudest person I have ever met in a retail establishment did not really want to give me the time of Day, the gentleman that helped me was as nice as he could be, but had really no product knowledge very disappointed and will never ever go there again and will spread the word of how terrible that damn place is The only reason I gave it one star was because I didn’t have the option to give it no stars

Debbie is one of the rudest human beings I have ever encountered. Charged me incorrectly, wouldn’t give a refund (after telling me to come back when their “system was back up” for a refund), and then hung up on me when I called & refused to speak to me when I called back. All in all the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The store is confusing, unorganized & even the workers & “manager” don’t seem to have any knowledge of inventory, how to use their “system”, or how to speak to customers. Fortunately their corporate representatives are great, apologized on “Debbie’s” behalf & gave me the refund Debbie refused.

I bought a tool for a grinder that was just flawed by design and it just didn't work. Before I bought it I asked if it could be returned and they said just bring it back with your receipt, so I did. They refuse to accept the return because they said I used it. Second time they don't honor there return policy. Just really unfriendly cashiers, but their sales staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will never buy from them again; rather drive the extra 7 minutes to shop at home depot or lowes (they value their customers)

Sandi was great at check out! Gentlemen were very attentive to see if I needed any assistance. I love this store for any of my house needs! Debbie was also very helpful over the phone and willing to look up items for me!
