The card reader always has something up with it. Totally didn’t read my card today- not the kids fault, but seriously not coming here again if you going to embarrass me when your Internet is down and act like its my card. I come there just about everyday around my break to grab a few things.

Just a warning to all you Dollar tree shoppers, that many Dollar Trees, now have food items that are more than a $1.25. These frozen food items can range anywhere from $3 to $5. There should be a sign on the front of each refrigerator door as to how much each item in that particular refrigerator costs. Even though these are higher prices, there are still some pretty good deals.I mentioned this, only because many people are not paying attention to the signs on the door and are thinking they're getting something for a $1.25, when it's really more than that, and they don't realize it until they are checking out. Just giving everyone a heads up. You're welcome!

Went there the other day, one of the employees was super rude, tried asking for help but she was on her phone the entire time and was super short and nasty with me… I think her name was Stacy or sara… something like that. couldn’t really see her name a her phone was blocking it the whole time… won’t be coming back to this location… should definitely keep an eye on how much this girl doesn’t work and is on her phone wow… management must not care because you can’t miss it.

Employee Kayla needs customer service training. Shes rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. She bagged my items then had them out of my reach and stood there. She didn't smile and when I asked for bags she gave them to me but didn't make any effort to move her position. But the funny part is the change she was supposed give me was $9.65. she gave me $10.65 because she had no ones or change or something in drawer. But why not just $10, instead she did $10.65 and told mngr she just gave me a $10 bc she had no 1s. She doesn't know basic math and is rude. I walked out telling other employee she needs serious training in customer service skills. She really turned me away from going there.

Just dropped off my 92 yr old dad who is in love with Dollar Tree. (I'm pretty smitten with them too.) As I sat in the car, I called the store to ask if someone might help him locate a particular kitchen tool I've been looking for. The woman who answered the phone could not have been more helpful. She said she knew what tool I was talking about, would find it and bring it to my dad's cart. Such wonderful service. Thank you Dollar Tree.

Clerk started to ring up another customer as the customer was still shopping. The customer came back with a cart half full. After waiting for 5-6 minutes for the clerk to finish, the customer said that a box full of candy was wrong and requested the clerk to find the correct one. After waiting for another five minutes, I left without my items. I left them on the counter. You need to train your employees to treat customers with more respect of the their time.

Only complaint is there should be more cashiers... Although I get it. But I get carried away & buy more things then most people want to wait to be scanned & bagged.... I could hypothesize that might keep other people from purchasing more than average to avoid the anxiety the line may potentially bring. (People that actually care about being less problematicthan I) ? although it does give me angst too anyways.

This is my favorite store. Because of the customer service. One to mention in high regard is Anthony. He is always trying to lift up the customers with his great attitude. I visit all the time. During the covid period everyone was down but he took special care to have a great attitude and I told him so. I told him how I appreciate this talent in such a dark time. I very very concerned because of the workers were the last to get the covid shots. I was very upset about this. They were risking their life's so we could shop. I for one appreciated this store being open and for there service to the community they service. Well done all of you workers and keep up the good work in and out of covid. A Special thank you to Anthony I appreciate you and your attitude.
