David "Harley" Van Ginhoven is the owner/operator of DC Construction and Company, Inc. Prior to establishing his own General Contracting business, he worked as a Lead Superintendent overseeing the building of more than 75 new homes in Indian River County. Harley now specializes in kitchen and bath renovations, as well as skilled carpentry projects.
