Rude manager and unmindful staff. Went there for my COVID test I booked online. Instead of getting help or even a suggestion to cancel and then rebook, I was sent to another store, which "was not certified to do the test." I went back to this store to be told I had to book via the website at this store. I tried, and then the system said I had to cancel the first event. I did, keeping in mind it has been 75 minutes total so far. I was not offered help, but only "it's corporate." I finally booked my new appointment and was told to go back to the drive-through. I did and then told I would have my results in 15 minutes. However, I was not told I should wait to see if positive and then get paxlovid like the website says. I learned of this shortly later, once at home. I called and was told my provider had to address it despite what the website says. The pharmacist said it's not their protocol (despite the site's language) but then prescribed it, which also means I have to go back. So much for being sick, right?! My suggested next steps include going elsewhere for service...

Had to pick up few gifts and health products and walked into a festive wonderland ! What a great way attract customers and have a happy shopping experience which makes me stay longer ! I was looking for a specific beauty product and an employee was walking by and asked me would I like some help finding what I was looking for and I said yes thank you which made shopping experience easier and faster ! I find the prices are about same as everywhere so why not shop here for everything ! So I walk up after getting everything I needed and there was small line which was moving very fast due to the manager at a register and employee at the other one and two check yourself out machines which was best thing for everyone ! We were all out of that line in minutes best service in this particular store ! Great kudos to store manager and employees who make us customers feel welcomeWith a smile !

The drive up service on 12/8 at 630 pm was horrible, I’ve never used that service before and made it clear, I was the only one in line thank goodness… The clerk scowled the whole transaction , My husband had surgery and it was a day( he was in the car) in pain .. she scoffed at me and treated me as if I were some drug seeking junkie which I am not and did not deserve her treatment and lack of care I said next to nothing and thanked her anyway. Rude is the kindest thing I can say about her.

Went there to get a flu shot for my daughter. 63.00 dollars!!! Did not wait long for the technician to give the flu shot. In and out within 20 min.

It’s normal to follow a customer when they are in the cosmetic area? I get it I’m a manager myself. But no, felt vey uncomfortable to be watch by the guy in white shirt. I was in need of some foundation and powder since I’m staying around and forgot my makeup bag. But left without all I needed. I used my 10$reward money and left to buy somewhere else.

I’ve been using Vero CVS for several years. Today I went to get some Coricidin cold remedy for my husband. I could not find the product so I went to the pharmacist to ask where the Coricidin was. He told me I would have to go up front and ask the cashier because it was behind the counter. I went immediately to the cashier and asked why I would have to ask for Coricidin cold remedy. She said people from up north have been coming down filling up baskets of products and walking out the door and not paying for items.when she asked one person who had a filled basket walking out the door. Why they weren’t paying for the products he took out his cell phone and shouted, “don’t touch me” Cashier was not close to this thief. This lawlessness must end the theft is going to produce higher prices as we see every day.

My experience at CVS on 20th street in Vero Beach, Fl. Was very good. Clerk found item I was looking for in stock right there. Originally I thought I had to order & pick up. Very good customer service. Highly recommend!

Courteous professional service in the drive thru. It's a little noisy being right next to the street. Wait time in line was less than 20 minutes while being third in line.

CVS at SR 60 & 58th Ave. in Vero the self-serve registers are temperamental but Daniel was super helpful and courteous. He went the extra mile to make my shopping experience better despite the malfunctioning register.

I love shopping @ CVS but I ended uplosing $4.97 of Extra Care Bucks because I was not given the final price until using my ECB’s.I called the CVS Extra Care line on Monday, April 17, 2023 about the issue but to no avail.

Joy is a real joy! She is a problem solver and a good customer service person. Make her a trainer! She is top notch, give her a raise. She knows what she is doing. I went to return an item to another CVS, the guy had no clue, he blames computers, but it was him that was not a problem solver, the stupid one. Glad you had Joy who knows how to solve a problem and make a return easy. She is the best! That is why this CVS gets 5 stars!
