Pharmacy and staff have the absolute worst attitude. They are always on the defense and always seem frustrated and tense. Sadly, It really looks like they hate their jobs. Quality customer service/care does not exist. Transferred my meds out and absolutely won't be returning!!

Called to renew a prescription, took 25 minutes for my call to be answered. When I told the woman that answered that I was on hold for 25 and was then asked to again give the info that the automated annoying line already asked for, she told me Please do not be mean. What a stupid reply. Really poor customer service especially from a pharmacy. My CVS in NY is excellent but when here in Florida this is what a encountered.

If I could have given zero stars that is what this CVS deserves. Horrible customer service. Waited on hold for over 28 minutes snotty a** man got on the phone and you couldn't even understand him. Then the pharmacist Colleen got on the phone, stated she couldn't find my husband in ANY CVS profile, however he has had prescriptions filled both in Melbourne, FL and Stockton, CA. If they didn't keep a person waiting for someone to answer the pain medication issues would have been taken care of. By the time they got to answer the phone-they are "short staffed" and doing the COVID injections, they could care less about people calling about if their prescriptions were filled. This store needs to be closed down. Filing a formal complaint with the Pharmacy Board of Florida to perform an investigation into the way they treat people trying to get prescriptions filled. By the way- per Colleen-if they had the staff-they would answer the phones timely. What a cop out. You got lots of money from the federal government for COVID shots-pay employees to work at this horrible store. You should be ashamed of yourself. After a patient has had surgery and you try to get the needed medication this is the s*** you deal with if you go to CVS.

CVS deleted my Extracare reward before they expired when I was going to use it today. They expired on Aug. 13, I went to use them they showed up on my app/card in the morning, when I went at 4pm to CVS to buy and use them, they had taken them away. It said 8/13/21, it did not say they expire mid day or 4pm, they should be a better company of honor and honor expirations until the end of the business day or clear state on the Extracare points the hour they expire, it has no expiration hour/time. This is bad business practices on the part of CVS. This store did nothing. Then I called CVS Extracare, she did nothing and told me a supervisor would call me, but no one has yet. I lost $5 dollars that were rightfully mine and i had earned that they took away from me before the expiration date to use them. I was waiting for me Carepass $10 today to then use the $5 and buy a bigger ticket item, much to my surprise, CVS had removed my $5 early, midday. So unfair and very bad business practices. I am livid, very upset. I am considering canceling my Carepass, Extracare, and not using CVS Pharmacy anymore, me and my family will use Publix or Walgreens. CVS has proven to have very bad business practices. I have never heard of this ever happening before, to have this expire mid day, it was 4pm on Aug. 13 and it says it expire which should be good until midnight. They robbed me of $5 I had worked for. I am very unhappy with CVS about this. Either they make it right, or I will stop using their business. I am going to make a complaint/review with the BBB and CVS and on Consumer Affairs. CVS has done some pretty bad things in the past, but today, this was really rotten of them to steal and robbed me of $5 I had earned and had the right to use to buy something. Please be careful with CVS. I do not think now they are a company of honor or integrity. Now I know why CVS has bad reviews on Yelp here and also an F rating with the BBB.

They have at least one pharmacy tech who does not know how to SHUT UP! Silence with attentive listening would be nice and a tad more professional.

My daughter tried to get a routine prescription today that she has been filling for over a year in Chicago. The pharmacist was irritable, short, and unwilling to help her. The pharmacy did not help access a universal coupon that brings the cost of the medication to zero, so told her it would be $200.00. We will NEVER go back to this CVS, the people are rude and completely unwilling to help. Don't waste your time at this CVS. Kim K.

I was forced to use CVS because of my insurance. This was the closest to me, so I came here. Never had an issue with the pharmacy until I encountered the pharmacist named Robert Aston. He has been rude to me since the first time I ever spoke to him and he has the personality of a doorknob. Every month he gave me a really hard time filling my prescription because he can't understand basic math. Every month he calculated my days supply wrong and was ignorant to company policy. He tried to tell me how to take my medication which is illegal and outside his scope of practice. Since he is not a physician, especially not my physician, he can't tell me how to take my medicine outside of what was written, which is what he tried to do once. He has lied to me on numerous occasions, and it was not beneath him to make me jump through numerous hoops to get my refills only to deny me after I had jumped through said hoops. He conducts business based on his "views" and not according to CVS policy and the laws governing prescriptions. If you want a pharmacist that lies, can't count, and gives you an all around hard time for no reason. Then he's your man.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID-19 TEST! I got my test done using the drive-through method on October 5. It's now October 15 and I still do not have my results. I called them on October 11 to ask about my results and was told they must've mis-placed them at the lab and they would be expedited. I would have them within 24 hours. That would mean I would have my results October 12, now it's the 15th and I still don't have them. I'm required to have a negative test result in order to return to work, so I have missed 9 work days. I won't even trust the test result even if I do get them at this point, I'll be getting my test somewhere else. One star only because zero isn't an option.

I have used this pharmacy for approximately one year, that is one year too long. I had automatic ordering for both my blood pressure medication and my Actonel. Actonel is only dispensed for one month at a time. This is a medication to help rebuild bone density. I've received texts stating it was ready for pickup, when it's not countless times. I finally called my insurance company and was told that I do not have to use CVS! I finally made the switch!!
