Poor customers service, drive-through is never open for the pharmacy. No one knows anything. Definitely do not recommend this location

I was asked if I had Covid by the cashier since I was buying a test. I had mask on and everything. Yes I told her and she freaked out. I was buying a test for my partner just to be in the safe side. Extremely crazy and uneducated and the type of people that are scary for they are acting out of fear. Perhaps a pharmacy is not the job for her Covid for the 3rd time is not unusual especially as a teacher.

Drive up window, Rude behavior from the service kid. Thru my expensive pills into the basket instead of setting them in gently, then not even a thanks for your business or even a look to see if all was ok. One more month and no pills from CVS.

We had an appointment for our booster shot on April 20th at store #7883 in Vero Beach. It was cancelled for no reason 1/2 an hour before the appointment time. We rescheduled for Friday, April 22. Upon arrival at the pharmacy, the pharmacist/employee was unable to input our insurance info into his computer. At one point he asked for our complete social security numbers. He was unsuccessful and told us to go to a different CVS store. We were not the only customers there who were having issues that day. Very unprofessional. We won't be shopping there in the future! We ended up going to a nearby CVS, store #3216, where the pharmacist was able to input our data and give us our shot even though we had no appointment at that store.

CVS @ 4215 9th st SW has deteriorated to the point of no return. I go between 2 states...refill of meds almost ALWAYS ends up in Oregon instead of FL. I've begged for NO auto-refills, and they continue to fill meds, again in the wrong state. I spent 45 min. on phone with corporate regarding problems...they assured me no more auto refills...4 days later my rx was auto filled and pills are sitting in OR (I'm in FL). Often have to wait up to 5 days in FL for important meds, because it's "not in stock". Made an appointment for COVID booster, pharmacist refused to give, saying "appointment doesn't exist" until I literally had to show my email confirmation before he grudginly gave me tge shot. Notified that meds are ready...waste gas and time to get there, only to be told its not ready. Oh, and my favorite...get home with my bag of pills in OR, only to find a different patient's meds in my bag. Hubby sat in MD's office and listened to 6 people complain about CVS in FL, saying how inept, rude, and unprofessional they are since last pharmacist left and entire staff turned over. I'm simply over it all!!! I just transferred my family prescriptions to Walgreens.

Nice pharmacy but sometimes long waiting time. They want you to come later and pick up your medications. They should review their high priced other items. Stressed pharmacy employee needs to calm down.
