Outstanding company! Huge product variety and expert sales staff and installation crew. We had porcelain tile installed in 3 bedrooms and the laundry room. Couldn't be more pleased with the end product. It's just beautiful! I recommend Creative Floors Carpet One to anyone, no matter how small or large the project.

Creative Floors crew did an excellent job. They installed new floors within a short window of time before we moved in. Reliability and professionalism are two words I would use to describe their work. The best, they were done a day ahead schedule. Great people from start to finish.

Ok so creative floors sold me a very sub standard thin and brittle vinyl plank flooring. It would not lay down, was easy to damage and if the lowest quality. The sad thing is that after removing it we found a much thicker more durable product around the same price. The old product was very flimsy and had a cork backing. The new product is more durable , larger and has a thick foam pad backing. Creatives installers were slow, messy, lazy and showed up late , took forever to lay the floor and spent more time in breaks and talking than actually working. Their pre- prep was awful and the floor was not laying flat my. I do not understand how a company could sell such a piece of garbage product and put it in peoples houses. Beware of this company .

We just replaced our condo kitchen, and everything was exactly the way we wanted. Hayley did a wonderful job working within our budget, and her crew were clean and neat. She had several virtual views so we could see what the kitchen would look like ahead of time. Our experience with Creative Floors was Five Star worthy!

We have always been happy with our carpet choices and installation from Creative Floors. We have used them exclusively for the past 40 years. The carpet choices were extremely plentiful. In fact it was hard to choose. The men who installed it couldn’t have been nicer. They accommodated our lifestyle. We couldn’t be more pleased.

One salesperson totally screwed up my order but Hayley has been truly wonderful in trying to help me.Make sure you order bottoms for your cabinets. Mine didn't come with any. ???? ? And check for pull out shelves if you ordered them.And I had to seal the edges by the stove for some reason.Love the cabinets but a totally bizarre experience. I wonder if off the shelf in would have been easier and as good

Friendly and Great choice of carpets, order came in fast and installation was perfect also adjusted carpet in another room from different company, We forgot how bad new carpet smells and was concerned about toxic chemicals. The owner came to see and said if we want to change it we have 60 days. Found out no bad toxins and a little baking soda and vacuum now so much better and very happy. Prices were great as well. Creative Flooring and all the contractors who work closely with them were excellent. I had a complete remodel from the kitchen, to all my tile floors, carpet and two bathrooms remodeled. Hayley was easy to work with and had lots of good ideas. She completely took my vision and turned it into a beautiful modern home. We contracted with Creative Floors Carpet One to completely remodel our kitchen (cabinets, countertop, lighting, and new tile floors throughout our living area.). They were absolutely wonderful. Professional, personable, huge variety to choose from, timely, and responsive. I honestly can't say anything negative about our experience. The subcontractors they recommended were all impressive and coordinated their work well together. We worked with Hayley Gonzalez of Creative Floors and highly recommend her.

We were on a tight timeline and the Team at creative floors found a way to push us in their schedule and move us forward. We had roughly 3,000 SF of Commercial Vinyl Plank and around 150 SF of Tile installed. All work was done in a clean and professional manner, done ahead of schedule and their staff was clean, well spoken and presentable. Thank you all again!

Excellent customer service from sales to install. The installers even worked on Saturday to ensure the floor was layed as soon as possible. Fair price and quality product
