I couldn't wait to share my wonderful experience at Cousineau Jewelers in Vero Beach. I went in to get a small add-on gift for a First Communion celebration I have coming up. The customer service was excellent, and the items were beautifully gifted in boxes. I truly felt at home in this family-owned jewelry store. I absolutely love the unique signature piece style that is created by the owner. The jewelry is stunning, and it was a pleasure to speak with the family who runs the store. I highly recommend Cousineau Jewelers.

Drove from Ohio to be with my brother in law on his final days from battling cancer. Went in to get his chain for his cross fixed. They immediately fixed it for him. You'll never know how much your caring for our family is appreciated. Thank you so much.

I took my watch to another business to have the battery replaced. After the jeweler changed the battery it did not work and he said the watch was broken and needed further repair besides a battery replacement. My impression of him was that he was either very incompetent or didn't care so luckily I took my watch to Cousineau Jewelers for a second opinion. I was immediately greated by a friendly gentleman and I explained my situation. He took the cover off the watch to gain access to the battery and noticed that one of the battery terminals was bent over and not making contact with the battery. He and I were very astonished as to how anyone could place a battery in the watch and not notice the terminal was not in the proper position . He fixed the watch while a waited and said there was no charge, he just wanted to help me out.

Shout out to COUSINEAU JEWELERS:As a woman most of us love jewelry! I know I do! So I’ve been to a lot of jewelry stores. Their jewelry is really beautiful! I needed a few repairs and when the repairs were done everything looked beautiful ? Like brand new!! They are the best in town!! Couldn’t be happier! JD and Shelley are the nicest people too! They are honest and take their time with their expertise. They’ll be the only Jewler’s I’ll be going to from now on! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After hearing so many good things about this jeweler my wife need an earring repaired. We stopped in and the owner J.D. took her of us immediately and went to work on it. Not drop it off and come back later.Top notch friendly service. No wonder they been in business for decades and have received many awards.Easy to miss this place but it is in the strip mall next to Publix.I highly recommend this place for all your jewelry needs.

I was in from out of town and my diamond ring setting was bad. One prong was off my diamond completely. DeWayne looked at it and told me why the setting was wrong for my diamond. He was so honest and he ordered me a new setting that fit it beautifully! Highly highly recommend this place! Best service I've ever had at a jeweler. Beautiful jewelry in this place as well! He cleaned it and polished it also. It was like a new ring.

They did an amazing job!!!!!! And fixed my broken 14K name plated golden chain. Picked up my chain today and it couldn’t look any newer. Very polished and shiney. I definitely recommend this place for any type of jewelry repair! JD did an awesome job.

Yes they do very good work. Yes you'll wait for it. Yes you'll pay DEARLY!!! They're socially nice people and they price gouge in business.I left a watch that had the start of a Crack so they replaced the face $75. Good job didn't price complain. Had a simple catch repaired on 14k chain just under $100. Had a ring the diamond fell out AND I HAD The diamond...they replaced it cleaned it, waited a few weeks, and charged me $150 plus tax!Relatively new to the area
