Don't get me wrong...I love Columbia sportswear and this location has an awesome selection to choose from, but when are they actually going TO CHARGE THE ACTUAL PRICE THEY ADVERTISED IN THE STORE??
It's happened to me three times now at this location and honestly, I'm starting to think they know they're doing it!?
Half of the time you can't see what price has been scanned for the items at the register and the other half, they have no clue what they advertised! Don't get me started with the lack of math skills I witnessed on one visit by the manager on duty. (Customer in front of me bought 1 item, $40@60% off. $20 said the cashier. After a few minutes of the cashier insisting that was correct, the manager came over to confirm that $20 was indeed 60% off $40 and $16 would be the price at 70% off.??♀️Even after 2 cell phone calculator visuals, the manager reluctantly did the override and told the customer she would 'GIVE her the extra money off' ???? Fortunately, my purchase was correct that day.)
Serveral visits and multiple items purchased over the years had been fine, but after a similar incident happened to me a few months ago, I was told the ADVERTISED 50% discount was off " the original retail price and NOT OFF THE OUTLET'S TAGGED PRICE." After pointing out the sign said "ADDITIONAL...LOWEST PRICE MARKED", I was told the shirt I selected was not part of that sale (It was one of 10 IDENTICAL SHIRTS - various sizes/same color on that rack) and it's there because they were discontinued and that's what was left. ?
Sadly, I missed the last one a few weeks ago with a HUGE sign on the rack that had ONLY ONE STYLE tank top in multiple sizes and colors that read $14.99. (Regular price $19.99). I decided to treat myself at that price. Got home and of course I PAID $19.99! I would have spent more on gas to get back there for a refund, but learned a valuable lesson!!!
DON'T SHOP THERE WITHOUT A ITEM BY ITEM VERIFICATION OF EVERY SINGLE ITEM PRICE AT CHECKOUT !! They will rob you blind!
Fortunately for me, I only got taken for just over $30 over 2 years, but can only imagine how many people they have done this to.
Shop there, BUT WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK AT CHECKOUT!!

Shopped here yesterday and accidentally got overcharged for a shirt so I called with my receipt in hand and Jose did the credit over the phone. Friendly service and professional. Thanks!!!

I am an often buyer and spend thousands in this store. The leader-manager (curled hair 50's Latino woman) is VERY grumpy. Before leaving, I review the bill and the price of a shirt was not the same as in the rack. She insinuated I changed it. How can a customer know where the price signs are... Don't you have video cameras in the store to check who? Ridiculous. She's been there for some time and always same attitude.. give the job to someone who appreciates having a job!!

Tom the store Manager is a worthless excuse for a manager refusing to help us remove a security tag that his staff left on. We live 45 minutes away. He hung up the phone on us because we suggested he discount the items for having to drive 80 miles back there. He would not answer when we called back. Useless manager with no value to this business and could care less about helping customers. On Sunday he stood off to side making remarks at people and would not leave the wall he leaned on all day. Poor excuse for a manager! Tom hates his customers!

A good selection and good service.Keep in mind it is an outlet technically and they don't have everything you may be looking for. They do have a large selection and good pricing.

We come here for all of our Columbia needs. The store and staff are inviting and we enjoy our time shopping here. The staff are always willing to help you find what you're looking for and do it with a smile. That's one of the big reasons we come back here so often.

Some great deals on the clearance racks! And they had t-shirts 2 for 25. I come here anytime I need a new jacket.
