Communication is very poor. They quoted me one price and it tripled at the end. Quoting department needs to listen and ask and review several time to get the right items and for and accurate pricing. It's customer abuse to triple price at the moving date and then you have no choice to move after you gave a non refundable deposit.
It takes alot of planning to get to this day and then have to cancel everything that is connect to the move. To reschedule with someone else. It's non professional at all.

Wow, were do I start.. We moved from Orlando to Houston Area.. excellent service from beginning to end.. But I have to Say.. Mike And John were Exceptional.. way above and beyond.. they were friendly, respectful, non-stop hard workers.. I will ask for them by name next time I move.. super quick and efficient.. I moved alot in the past.. so I know great service when I see it..

They might be good at moving but what ever you do don't have a catastrophe happen that you can't move because they won't refund your money. Guess that is just what big company's that dont care about people do . Hard to believe they really care about your stuff !

first time using this company and I highly recommend them. If we have to move again, they will be the only ones we call. Richie our sales contact was professional, engaging, and informative. Our packers and movers were very efficient and courteous and friendly. Thanks to Jeff/Rob/Doyle/Gary/Mike/Norris/Christian. Always willing to give us a hand if we needed personal help and made sure furniture etc were unpacked and placed to our liking.

I can’t say enough good things about the team that handled our moves - One out of town for my son and another in town for us. They are experienced, efficient and so polite and respectful. I couldn’t have done it without Rob, Norris, Gary and the rest of my excellent hard working team. I will be using Coastal again.

We moved from Florida to NC recently. This was the first time we hired a moving company and we were anxious based on stories we heard over the years. We got 3 estimates and Coastal was not the cheapest but based on the honest thorough information shared by Richard (sales guy) we decided to go with them.
At both ends the guys were professional, efficient, pleasant and respectful of our home and belonging. The leads were very communicative and followed the inventory process as described to us. It did take 10 days to get our belongings but it was within the date parameter on our contract.
I would recommend this company if you need to hire a moving company.

Rob and Mike were working for a mutual client today at my storage, they parked in a courteous manor not blocking others access and left the site clean when finished. I appreciate their good work.
