Tried a privately owned small business in Vero Beach, looking for a quality vacuum cleaner. We met the owner and explained our needs and use for the equipment for tile flooring. We were showed different types of equipment and models, the good and bad for each. We decided on the Miele complete house care with several attachments. The unit is light but built very well, we liked that the wand was stainless steel not plastic. The price was a little higher than the large block stores but this is where you go for any warranty work and accessories. We have had it for several months now and love it, it picks up all the dog and cat hairs. Great small business and knowledgeable owner.
