Buyer beware. They will put a product on special, but will charge you the higher price. If you don't catch it, they win. You have point out the sign, or special for them to change the price. A bit of a scam.

Now a SHELL gas station under new management I hope. Cleaned up a lot and renovated equipment. Nice place with car wash behind the building. Gas prices a little higher - but just a little.

Went in to get gas and car wash. Paid at the pump. Car wash wasn't working and clerk had me come back in the morning to get my cash back. She said she could not refund me. I went back twice. No manager available. Clerk still not refunding my $10. At this point I believe this is a scam. Wish I would have checked these reviews before going there. Someone needs to call consumer fraud. Proceed at your own risk...

Price gouging on water! Just charged me 10.00 for a small case of water and I asked why it was 10 dollars and he said it's good water... I turned in my receipt to attorney generals office pending investigation

They never have receipt paper at pumps, their gas prices are way more than the competitions (that's right across the street), they charge $7.99 for "the works" car wash that usually doesn't have all the soaps/necessary supplies for it. But they just so happen to be the only gas station that allows me to get a car wash at the pump. This sucks...on the bright side I heard the lady that cooks inside has amazing food. But they get a 2 star for not maintaining the gas station/equipment properly. Just seems very lazy to me.

Awesome family atmosphere and great service. Pay a few cents more for your fuel and bypass the crowds and the lines. Also one of the cheapest places to get non-ethanol fuel for your boat ($2.85). They'll even fill up your ice chest for free!!!

I was also a victim of the car wash fraud. I paid for top of the line car wash at pump. The machine was broken and very rude clerk claimed she was not authorized to give me a refund. I've already entered dispute for charge with my credit card company. I hate to say this but the sooner Cumberland Farms puts these thieves out of business, the better for this community.
