Closed on Saturdays. Rejecting my on line payment that i make EVERY month. No representative has helped or offered anything more than shrugging their shoulders. Wishing my loan was at another bank right about now!!

I went into the bank to cash a check drawn on Center State. I am not an account holder. The power had just come back on (power surge I guess also at my bank next door). I was greeted by a friendly smile by the young lady at the desk on the north west corner of the lobby. I proceeded to the teller line where I was greeted by another friendly smile. I told the teller my intentions, she asked for my ID excused herself to go to a PC that was “up†( from the power surge), came back asked how I wanted the cash. No fees just GREAT HOME TOWN BANKING...like it used to be. I'll probably switch when I get everything lined up. Thank You!

Love this bank and its employees. They know who I am when I call or come into the bank! Imagine that! They are very supportive of Indian River county families and businesses, often providing sponsorship donations and participation in local events and fundraising projects. Truly a "hometown" bank. Only complaint is that Manager Diana Walker transferred to the beach side office. Miss her friendly smile and helpfulness. Linda C.

My experience with CenterState has always been positive. Having dealt with multiple employees (Diana, Ursula, Connie, Christina, Kelly) and many more staff, I've always been treated with respect, kindness, patience and a willingness to help. What I like the best is they know my NAME and they field a multitude of requests for me to conduct my business requirements. And when obtaining the information requested, they do so in a prompt, professional manner by returning phone calls and following up and following through. The above is exactly what I appreciate from my bank to feel secure and to always be on top of my business transactions.

Very unprofessional. Ursula Kupferer divulged my financial information to a third party without my consent, failed to keep an appointment, could not answer basic factual questions. Manager Diana Walker makes a point of pissing off customers and creating a scene. Unfortunately, my bank was bought out by this corporate monster. Avoid this bank!
