Deby and David and the rest of the crew at Carpet and Tile Warehouse have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They helped me immensely when I was choosing the new floor, wall, and backsplash tile for our huge home renovation project. I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!

We found a tile at another vendor that we loved but was told it had been discontinued. We went to Carpet Tile and Warehouse to shop for tile and happened to mention our situation and what tile we really wanted. Michael Fanella then called the tile company that sells that tile and found out that not only wasn't it discontinued but we could get the tile before our project was going to start. Now that is customer service. He also recommended a great backsplash tile for us. We were fortunate to find this business and Michael Fanella. Thanks again for a job very well done.

I have a service business myself and am little on critical side when comes to reviewing companies. This is my third time using them and these guys are top notch. Mike is such a great person and is passionate about giving good service and communication. Refreshing to deal with people like this.

We just got our new floors installed and we selected a lvp by Proximity Mills because of its zero voc feature. We drove 5 hours (both ways) to Carpet & Tile to make sure we liked the color and style we selected; it was worth it because: 1. the samples are really small, 2. the virtual illustration does not show the true colors, 3. we learned a lot about Proximity Mills products and flooring overall talking to Debra. She is great, we got there 10 minutes to closing time on a Saturday, but Debra stayed there showing us multiple options and tips when having our lvp installed. We left around 5pm. We are planning to redo our master bathroom within the next 18-24 months using Proximity Mills tiles.

I went to Carpet and Tile Warehouse in Vero Beach, Fl and was greeted by Kim. She was extremely helpful in helping me select samples of vinyl flooring to take home. I returned again and again for a month searching for the perfect floor receiving help fro Mike and Dave. Their knowledge of vinyl flooring was extremely helpful.I highly recommend them.Linda K Graham

Reading these reviews I must ask what went wrong with our job?Was promised 6 weeks, It's been over a year.When will this nightmare end, Mike?Enough is ENOUGH!Do not recommend!Addendum post to owner as of 3/10/2023This past year and (almost) 1/2 you kept going to the same supplier who was sending not even close to matching pieces of 7 foot stair nose. Telling us you're not responsible for it that you are simply the middle man. The manufacturer is responsible for it. We soli interfaced with your manager representing your company. We have never spoken to the owner until the posting of this review. You are in fact 100 percent responsible for the completion of our job.It is the responsibility of the owner or it's representative to assure that you are capable of getting all matching pieces and wood grain within it's color lot to complete the job before accepting it and providing a timeframe when it would be completed.When we spoke on the phone last night9 3-9-23), your greatest concern was "you are destroying my company over a piece of molding. Your greatest concern wasn't that our job has taken well over a year to get accomplish when promised six weeks - your greatest concern was all about you, and you know it.Your main concern was your reputation. As a matter of fact, you said to me:"You are destroying my companies reputation over a piece of molding".My response back to you was: "It may be just a piece of molding to youuntil it becomes your piece of molding" (you then hung the phone up on me)This is almost a 7 foot piece of molding in between two 7 foot pieces that do not match. When the sun comes in off the ocean and hits that woodit looks awful!This is not what we agreed to and we will not accept it..It should be criminal that you have put us in such a mental state to where we have to do something like this to get our flooring completed. Our one and only phone call, you literally begged me to remove my review, at which point I told you I would not until out job is complete and after my mental anguish has settled down. Perhaps in a year.To be exact this cost us $52,641.91 between you and the company you chose to install your product.Your wood product should be your masterpiece where it speaks volumes of your company. Sadly in our case it is not.I'd be utterly embarrassed trying to justify your actions at this point.If you choose to continue, I will continue with the entire series of actions that will bring in your installers.Please put your justifying energy into doing the right thing owner and get our job completed!That is all we ever wanted. We are gravely disappointed.

This is definitely one of the best tile stores around. Being new to the area and having visited many of them I was thoroughly impressed with the High quality and affordable products and Excellent staff that was here. P.S. Mike is the best.

Customer service was beyond exceptional. We dealt with Mike and he was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with colors for our den. He explained what size tile would go well with our den. Delivery was on time for our install. I definitely do business with this company, they are honest and caring.
