Only reason why I gave two stars instead of one store is because they had some unique plants there that I liked. Otherwise, my husband asked for some help with something and basically the worker said he didn’t have the time, He said he was too busy and he didn’t get anybody else to help us. So they missed out on a sale. I also found them to be a bit overpriced .

Buyers Beware! I bought a fountain on sale and after three days the plug overheated and stopped running. I returned it and they refused to refund or even give a store credit. They said it was a loose connection allowing water into the light. Very unsafe in my opinion. I was told by an employee that another customer yesterday had also tried to returned a fountain with an electrical problem and they refused to do anything as well. He wanted me to leave the fountain and return when the owner returned. The manager became very belligerent and threatened to call the sheriff's department if I did not leave the property. Who treats a customer with a legitimate complaint like that?
Rude employees and unscrupulous owners! I will never go back…

Tainted Milkweed!
If you're buying milkweed for Monarch caterpillars, be aware that the 3 gallon milkweeds can be tainted. They say that they "quarantine" them, but obviously not for long enough. I bought a few 3 gal. milkweeds, and it literally melted my caterpillars to the leaves. It was a horrible, sad ordeal. Please don't make the same regrettable mistake I did when I had hungry caterpillars and needed something quickly.
The 1 gallon milkweeds had a lot of Monarch caterpillars on them, but the 3 gallons only had eggs. I now understand that meant that the caterpillars weren't living long enough to be seen on the 3 gallon milkweeds.

I have shopped at this nursery for years and today they lost me as a customer. I bought a $20 gardenia not long ago that had a few brown leaves on it (I noticed it when I bought it but thought it was not a big deal) and over the next week despite watering it well and placing it in good sunlight it started to die. I thought for sure Busy Bee would replace it. Boy was I wrong. When I approached the counter the salesman said "what did you do ...kill it?" as he referred me to the manager. The manager who was a younger man told me that I didn't water it - which I did- and told me they don't replace plants bc they are a small family run business. What? He was very quick to get angry with me and definitely wanted an argument. Terrible experience and there is zero customer service!

Working in the area, got sent on a detour due to I-95 being closed and the pottery caught my eye so I went down that weekend. Awesome pottery selection, all sizes and shapes. Healthy plants for shade or sun, inside or out. Friendly staff, reasonable prices but truly a Gardners candy shop!!

Very nice, knowledgeable staff. They'll help you with any questions on how to. Great for people like me who don't have a clue about gardening yet lol Nice selection of bigger palm trees in stock too and they deliver for a reasonable fee. ?
