Wow what a great guy! I was looking for a pretty rare/unusual piece of equipment. I had already scoured the internet and driven to three other stores, including two of the big national chains. No one even knew what I was talking about. Bruce knew exactly what I needed and sent me a link to get it at an amazing price. He really helped me out in a pinch. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with fixing their computers!

Bruce is and expert at compter repair. I had malware on several of my devices and he repaired them all. I highly recommend Bruce's Mac/PC Repair. I will recommend him to all my friends. He found problems with my devices that I didn't even know I had.

Bruce was very knowledgable, helpful, and professional. We were able to recover our old pictures from our non working computers and replace a hard drive on another struggling computer. Very thankful.

Bruce is most definitely the Mac/PC tech who will get your problems fixed in very short order. By coming directly to your home you don't have to carry your equipment to a repair shop and leave it there. He is very easy to deal with and his pricing is fair.

I WAS impressed by the service I received, and was very professional. I had given a 5 star rating. Service was fast and professional. Speaking with Bruce I learned he was not an authorized repair company for Apple products. However based on his reviews I went ahead with my laptop that went Dead. It was explained to me that it could be the battery or an issue with he mother board. I went ahead with the battery replacement. The laptop still failed however Bruce referred me to Rossmans PC repair in San Antonio, Tx for repair of the Mother Board. Bruce was going to take out the Battery but I suggested to leave it since I needed it. Well Rossmans advised me the battery Cable was damaged and that was part of the new battery and I would need to replace it again. I asked Bruce should I request the battery back he advised me it was up to me. I said what no warranty on his battery answer was no as he would not get any money back. Long story I now rate a 1 and would not recommend him for service on Apple products. I had no problem paying for the service however a refund should of been given for the battery which I offered to return to him.

I needed the battery replaced in my MacBook Air, and didn't want to send my laptop away to Apple for several days for repair since I need it for work. I first called another local shop in Vero Beach who basically brushed off my business--they couldn't schedule my repair until the following week, didn't know if they had the part in stock or would have to send it back to Apple, stated it could be a multi-day repair, and also had the audacity to say they'd charge me over $100 in unnecessary diagnostic fees! Thankfully, a google search for "Mac laptop repair" led me to Bruce. He picked up my call immediately, stated he had the part in stock, and could come to my location within the hour for a same day repair. I couldn't believe it. Bruce was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice person who was a pleasure to chat with. He quickly replaced the battery and gave me lots of additional tips and pointers for back-up hard drives and what to consider for a future laptop purchase. I thought his prices were fair, especially considering the fact that he came to my location and I never had to leave my laptop in someone else's possession (especially for days on end). I highly recommend Bruce's Mac Repair. Thank you Bruce!

Bruce showed up on time, very professional in a shirt and tie. He immediately knew how to address and resolve issues with my PC, taking the time (and patience) to explain and allow me to understand given my novice PC abilities. Not only did he resolve the main issues with my PC but he also addressed collateral ones to include re-installing Office365, my printer drivers, and copying files from my old drive/temp drive to the new hard drive. Finally, he ensured I explored files and web links to make sure everything transferred and worked to my expectations. This was an outstanding customer service experience. I highly recommend Bruce for any PC issues that need resolved in a timely, quality, and professional manner.

Bruce was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to point me in a direction with Apple to trouble shoot the problem first, which was a success. Many other places would have gladly take my money and time to do what he walked me through on the phone. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bruce's Repair and will certainly reach out again. 10 STARS

Bruce is absolutely "The MAN"! Since I moved to the Palm Bay Melbourne area and heard about Bruce any problems with my MAC and since I have a business everyone using Mac's Bruce has been able to correct the immediately. He is not only efficient, he's amazingly fast and his prices are very reasonable, especially when you compare his prices to the Apple store. I would recommend him very highly for all your computer repairs.
