I would give this office negative stars if I could. Horrible Management from top to bottom. I have never experienced such incompetence from any insurance office in my life. My insurance agent incorrectly took collision coverage off one of my vehicles when he was instructed to take that coverage from another vehicle under my policy. Fast forward to a year later, I was involved in an accident and this office took ZERO accountability for this agent’s mistake and left me to cover the expenses of the accident on my own. They claim they record customer calls before you are connected to speak with an agent, and when I asked for evidence of the call with the agent who made this mistake in the first place I was told there was no proof of the record. They also lie to their customers who want to speak to Brian when he’s in office, he’ll get one of his ignorant lackeys at reception like Lauren to stall you on the phone if he just doesn’t want to deal with you. Try ANY other office before this one .
Update 6/18/2024 this office is still unorganized and takes no accountability for their ineptitude . Just look at their review reply to me. Instead of owning up to the fact that one of their employees made a mistake, instead they try to gaslight me and make it seem like i’m the person who took coverage off my own vehicle. Brian did you write that one yourself or did you get Lauren to take care of this one for you too?

Just another update that this is still the worst insurance office in Florida if not all of Southern America and Brian extorts his customers. That is all.

Working with Karen Vonier to insure our new condo in Vero Beach has been nothing less than a breeze. She is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make phone calls on our behalf to our inspector to get the proper details about our roof and wind mitigation reports. Being from out of state I had know idea about any of that and she just took it upon her to verify details which could and did get us discounts on the policy.
I had many questions for her and emailed her A LOT! She responded to every one quickly and with detailed explanations. I feel very confident that she will be there guiding us along should we ever have to make a claim. That’s comforting.

I've been with Allstate for 45 years. Great Insurance company and Karen Vonier with Brian Getty Allstate insurance is awesome! She is professional, experienced, and always willing to assist with questions, policy changes, new policies and existing. It's customer service the "old way"! They/She values your business and will take care of you for your auto, home and life insurance needs.

Go someplace else for better service. You will never talk to Paul Getty. Staff not knowledgeable and force you to work on line. Years if no claims, all I wanted was "how can I lower my cost". I only put about 30 miles a week local! But they keep increasing. Goodbye Allstate!
