I will never ever ever go back again. Can't even maintain a restroom for his customers!. Speaks volumes!. Restrooms don't make you any money.

Always the lowest price on gas in the area. Easy access right on the southwest corner of 43rd Ave and 20th Street in Vero Beach. Download your BP app and save some extra money every time you fill up.

I pray that the owners see and reads this review and find it to bring change. This morning I came into your establishment on 20th and 43rd to get gas around 8:48 this morning. The moment I inserted my credit card into the pump. It immediately tried to charged my card for $125 before I could even get gas. I went inside and I asked the African-American clerk, if BP puts a $125 hold on credit cards, when being used for gas? The clerk, immediately catches an attitude and started to argue with me. I explain to her, that all I wanted to know was, if BP, put a hold on credit cards. But instead of listening to my question, she wanted to argue with me. To defuse the situation told her that I was going to go outside to get my phone just to show her the charge just to see if she knows anything about a hold. when I came back inside, she started yelling and became very aggressive with me. Telling me she is not going to help me and forced me to leave the store, while screaming and yelling at as I was walking out of the store. So the reason for my review, is based on customer service. This is one of my favorite gas stations that I love coming to because the gas is amazing and the staff is always. Today was the complete opposite. So can someone please speak to the clerk, and let her know that her customer service needs improvement. Because she can not get upset and get out of character just because a customer ask a question that she may not know answer too. It’s ok to not know the answer but it is never ok, to yell and argue with a customer.

There appears to be an issue of price gouging going on in Vero Beach. I first noticed it when an app I had recently started using "upside," had become a scam. We repeatedly travelled to filling stations far from our residence to enjoy the promised low prices. In the beginning BP on 45th Street prevailed as the winner more often than not. Then about a month ago, the "upside," promised lower prices were just that "upside our head."We should neither patronize "upside," or any stations that operate on false pretence or bait-&-switch merchandising.Of late this BP, checked their prices with those closer to 95 (at least for cash paying customers) who does that anymore? Murphy wins the day for dropping their price below $3.00 per gallon. There needs to be an app to recognize the station(s) that in line with 2023 merchandising, realize when you sell more you can do so for less and make the same profits.
